Week 16 Bills Covid List - Players and Coaches
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
If this is the standard, then everyone except the super serious/hospitalized type guys will play. Won’t everyone else just load up on Tylenol and play? -
AFC Playoff pic has 3 AFCE Teams in..
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to PatsFanNH's topic in The Stadium Wall
what is amazing about the Steelers is that they actually have a plausible path to the playoffs and a path to host a playoff game as a 4 seed still! They need to beat both cleveland and Baltimore (which they have already done this year). And cincy has to lose to KC and cleveland (cincy was blown out by cleveland earlier this year, so, again, plausible). If that plays out, there is a good chance New England goes to Pittsburgh. Assuming Watt is healthy, I would not like that matchup if I were you. -
what an entertaining game! Amazing that Deion was on the kickoff team! edit: and talk about inept coverage on that last drive by the Bills (specifically Odomes and Kelso)!

Any Suggestions For Domestic Vacation Destinations?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Augie's topic in Off the Wall
Like I said, we were there for part of a day, so I don’t have a great sample size. Stopped there between Sedona and Grand Canyon. I was just struck by the area— mountainous, wooded, and temperate— and yet close to the dessert. And the city itself felt very young and hip— sensed the restaurant scene was great (we ate at an awesome place). one of our friends told my wife and me recently that Flagstaff was basically her favorite city, and a place she would move to if she could. Definitely seems like it has retirement potential. -
Weather update. Wind is looking about 10-12 MPH, with gusts around 20-25 MPH. Not ideal conditions, but not terrible. If your wind can stay below 20, it won’t have a major impact. What’s funny is that the wind gusts will be the highest at game time than at any point of time all week!

Any Suggestions For Domestic Vacation Destinations?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Augie's topic in Off the Wall
we need to vacation together— three of my favorite places! i will say that the next time i go to Sedona, I am thinking of splitting it up and spending more time in Flagstaff. We just spent a quick day over there when we visited the area, and I thought it was a super cool town. -
I may be the only one saying this, but I think Ford has looked much better (maybe even “good”) over the last several games he has played. With Ike out too, we are going to need him down the stretch.

Since we are talking about horrible Bills/Falcons memories, anyone remember this dandy? 2013 Toronto game, where more “fans” were wearing Falcons jerseys than Bills ones: https://www.espn.com/nfl/recap?gameId=331201002

Colts are going to have to figure out a way for someone to generate Wentz’s 50 yards of passing and 6 near interceptions per game production…. and fast.

Any Suggestions For Domestic Vacation Destinations?

my wife thinks I lack imagination, but I always love going to Miami Beach for an easy domestic trip. Easy flight; stay in great places on the beach; awesome food. -
my favorite play is Book rolling out to the sideline and instead of throwing the ball away, he elects to take a brutal sack out of bounds to set them up for yet another 3rd and 30.
-
Gonna Give him the benefit of the doubt until We hear what is going on. Could be something serious.

i said this earlier this week— but I view Tua as a better version of Mac Jones. If you swapped those two guys right now, Tua would be playing a lot better/producing much more and Mac would be floundering much more.

they did pressure him some— but Josh made them pay every time. Also, contrary to what people are saying here, the pats didn’t just rush 3 all day. They rushed 4-5 consistently, and blitzed and zone blitzed all through the game. I think the line just blocked really well. And when they didn’t, Josh did a great job of making a play. For example, you should re-watch the huge 3rd and 10 conversion on the last drive. Josh hangs in there, avoids major pressure, and hits McKenzie for a perfect pass.

I think QB 1 is Tua and QB 2 is Mac? edit: just saw your answer and that makes more sense. I figured Mac would have fewer sacks per game.

Pats Judon/Bentley to COVID 19 List
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
it is when your olineman repeatedly pancakes said covid head, as occurred on Sunday. -
I am sort of shocked, but I would bet on the Browns to make the playoffs. 1) They have to beat the Steelers and bengals (they smoked the bengals earlier this year). 2) The Bengals lose to the chiefs. Likely. 3) The Ravens lose to the Rams. Likely. For everything that has gone wrong for that team this year, this is pretty remarkable. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/browns-afc-north-champions-four-011830595.html Edited: I changed the title of this thread to reflect a minor change— as in, the opposite of what I predicted.

They are coached by former titans OC, Arthur Smith. And what you describe reminds me of pretty much every Titans game. A bunch of 4-yard runs, and a timely big pass or turnover.

As long as the wind is south of 20 mph, we should be fine.
