  1. After Mason Crosby missed like 4 kicks last week, I tried to go back and watch a few of the misses. On at least one that I was able to see, I am pretty sure Bojo’s hold was off (laces in or at least not totally out). LaFleur took aim at the entire “operation.” Anyone else catch the holds on these kicks? https://www.nfl.com/news/packers-hc-matt-lafleur-on-crosby-s-missed-fgs-you-can-t-put-all-of-that-on-maso Edit: there is also this—
  2. Thats just a nice way of saying— “Detroit: a place where you can be the worst version of yourself.”
  3. this is great! the ravens/chargers one is tricky. I think both teams though will Get beat up in their divisions a little (hopefully).
  4. wow— did you inspire this? Crispy fries now guaranteed!! https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/wendys-launches-hot-crispy-fry-guarantee-to-take-a-stand-against-soggy-fries-exclusive-120054058.html
  5. The one guy I am worried about this week is Levi Wallace. Don’t understand it, but teams really haven’t been testing him recently. I expect he will be targeted a lot, esp if defending Julio.
  6. I was looking back at last year’s game— wow, what a strange game. 1) Two critical Andre Roberts miscues led to Titans TD’s on super short fields (drop/pick, and fumble). 2) Huge punt return by the Titans led to another short-field TD. 3) Interception return set up Titans on another short field for a TD. Give the Titans credit for Making those plays and then scoring TD’s off of them, but it’s tough to beat a team that has to go only 16, 30, 18, and 12 yards to score.
  7. I feel bad for the Titans. They are everyone’s revenge game. From Vrabel down, they just all have very punchable faces.
  8. Cleveland was able to overcome losing Stepanski in their playoff game last year!
  9. i don’t know— he came in like super late, to My eye. By the time he came flying in, the ball carrier was upside down and heading to the ground. Talk about a defenseless player! i would like to see the next video, where the dog is like, “umm, how am I supposed to get down from here?”
  10. But then do you put them both on the field? I would rather have 3 WR’s out there than Ertz or Knox as basically a second TE. It already stinks that Gabe Davis isn’t seeing the field more. We have too many weapons!
  11. Think about the Dawson knox back shoulder TD catch a few weeks ago, and the high-point bomb he caught against KC last week. I know we have all watched tons of Ertz clips over the last several months. I can’t think of any “highlights” that I have seen from Ertz That display that same type of athleticism.
  12. Been saying this since last season, but the comparison between Knox and Ertz is a joke. Ertz basically just runs out over the middle and catches balls as a steady TE. Knox’s athleticism is in another tier.
  13. I find it amazing that 80% of what Brady does is check the ball down.
  14. let me fill you in on this shocking news: Sammy Watkins is injured.
  15. agreed, though the odds of those three very injury prone players making it through the entire game are pretty much zero percent.
  16. That was a pretty dirty hit to target that guy in the back as he was upside down. Give me a break.
  17. Bills win 41-16. I think this is a big payback game. The Bills have to feel super bitter about last year, and are going to enact revenge.
  18. agree. Those Tanny runs still stick With me. I think he had like 40 yards rushing in that game. Thankfully this defense holds contain a lot better. I think they had a ton of injuries going into that game, so I am not reading a ton into that.
  19. I think this will be a great test for our defense, as they haven’t yet faced a running attack like this. I can totally see them loving this opportunity. Last year, with a far inferior run defense, they held Henry to 57 yards on 20 carries. (Tanny was the one who burned them with his legs). So I think they will be up for the challenge.
  20. Agreed. A lot of fans are just looking at the point and yardage totals and think the offense must be clicking. It is clicking in the sense of getting chunk plays, but don’t think they are even close to their median, let alone ceiling. That’s why you hear Josh being disappointed and want to “clean stuff up”— even after last game. I have seen this offense in a real groove, and it is methodical and elite (think San Fran game last year)— and I think that is the type of offense that is built for consistent Success, including in the playoffs. i think we will see it soon, as they are still trying to piece together all the new wrinkles and personnel packages. But when they hit on it, they will be impossible to stop.
  21. I’m don’t ever swear in my everyday life. I am of the “jiminey cricket” camp. During the opener, I was at a sports bar With friends, and when the blocked punt was returned for a TD, I actually said, “Oh Rats!!“. i realized after I said that, that i picked that up from my mother in law.
