  1. Nice gesture, but his fiancée’s not letting him leave the house with that gaudy thing on. 🤣
  2. No chance Lamar wins. Just too much Lamar MVP fatigue. The voters will want to give it to someone else, and Allen (and even Goff) have solid cases.
  3. yeah, I think the real draft miss was taking Coleman one spot ahead of McConkey. McConckey looks like a complete receiver, though I am not sure how much of the time he plays from the outside vs the slot.
  4. Man, I don’t want any part of the ravens. let’s hope they play the Steelers in round 1, and it’s some wonky divisional-type game.
  5. Agreed, esp with the broncos playing KC’s backups.
  6. chiefs now have three receivers that basically all play like Rice—- and oddly enough, they all look like him with the dreads!
  7. good thought. If that is the case, we need Pittsburgh to beat both KC and Cincy. There is no way Baltimore is losing to Houston and Cleveland. So Pitt needs to basically win out. That could happen especially with Chris jones possibly out and if Cincy is eliminated after this week; I can see them then sitting their entire team in week 18, especially Burrow. edit: the risk in this “rooting scenario is if the Bills don’t win out And Pittsburgh does, then we drop to the 3 seed.
  8. take a look though even at elam’s last PI. At 14:22 in the video. I am not even sure that should have been PI. The receiver jumped straight up. Normally, for an under thrown ball, the receiver has to make some effort to go back and through the defender to get that PI. That receiver didn’t, and the ball was basically at Elam’s legs. It didn’t look great, But, again, that is normally not called like that.
  9. maybe you and I are in the minority, but in most games, none of those are PI calls. I thought the refs were calling a lot of suspect ones all game— ones that maybe could Be PI, but are usually never called. For example, the first one on Elam, is the normal hand fighting that occurs on those back shoulder end zone throws where both guys have hands on the other. Meanwhile, a very physical and sticky man to man D like New England gets no PI or illegal contact or defensive holding calls for the entire game?
  10. On top of that, that last TD was basically garbage time.
  11. would love to see Buffalo Joe out there.
  12. check out at 2:33 of this video. This is a great example of Bishop not quite having the reps yet to play with the right instincts and aggressiveness you need. He played way too deep here and let the TE basically get a free release and easy 10 yards before collapsing. By the way, watching these highlights, Dorian was abused in coverage by the NE tight ends.
  13. my over/under on his number of catches is 3.
  14. They won’t. Reminds me of when they tried the Bills/jags London game on yahoo streaming several years back (the EJ Manuel game). It basically buffered on me the entire game. And the NFL was like, “whoops.”
  15. Morrow looks like he runs in mud out there. Spector would probably lap him in the 40. So this development is less than ideal.
  16. we are near the bottom in 3rd down defense. 30th in the league. the question I have is what makes a good third down defense. I can’t tell based on how the teams are ranked (eg, KC is not good, yet Miami is?). here are the stats: https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/opponent-third-down-conversion-pct
  17. Don’t worry. Just need to spend $80 per month on YouTube TV. $350 for Sunday ticket. $15 for Netflix. $5 for peacock. $4 for paramount. $50 for prime. to be on the safe side, maybe want snag Hulu plus and Disney plus for $15. Then, when you settle in for the game, they will change the time on you, and you can’t see it anyway.
  18. he catches that first dime that went through his hands, and that game is heading to a 14-point Bills win.
  19. You know who’s next? AJ, turn that RV around and head to KC. Oh, and you got Kelce out there.
  20. Lost in the shuffle, Bass with a solid game. In cold conditions, dead straight with a 50-yarder, and no concern with his PATs.
  21. The special teams needs to just be mid. Instead, they give up or create way too many negative plays. Over the last few weeks alone, blocked punt for a TD, missed chip shot FG, near disaster onsides kick against the Lions, gave up long return yesterday, gave up a fake punt, had another onsides kick bobble yesterday. i know some of this is on the players, but a lot it is on Smiley. Special teams is mostly about fundamentals and discipline. That’s on smiley.
  22. The concern I have with this D is it seems to lack an identity anymore. That may be due to just having a lack of any playmakers. But it seems like they are now throwing the kitchen sink in there and just desperately trying a bunch of random things.
  23. huh? McGee was great.
  24. Not really fair to Edmunds. Give him some More time. He is only 17.
  25. I hope you are right, but I am worried. That game is in Cincy, and burrow is playing great. The way the bengals look, I can’t even see the broncos getting within 2 TDs.
