  1. I came here to post this exact same thing. Well done, sir.
  2. Ready to go where? Home? Edit: actually, this could be the worst insult ever leveled at John Feliciano!
  3. They will be pointing at Zach Wilson and telling Beck, “okay— teach that guy over there everything you just taught White.”
  4. He never had a great playoff record. 5-7. But what is funny is Peyton Manning didn’t either. He was about .500. Same with Aaron Rodgers. Those guys actually choked just as much— but it is overlooked because of a super bowl run.
  5. Don’t get me wrong— we beat those guys fair and square. But the Colts were probably the toughest opponent we played from a matchup perspective (even tougher than the chiefs, who I thought we lost to mostly because of bad coaching). They got the momentum late, and I thought we were doomed there at the end— but the D held when it mattered. i am not some huge Rivers fanboy, but he had a great year last year, and I see no evidence that he is washed up or has a “noodle arm” or choked in that game— which others have claimed in this thread. It’s like people remember just the final Score of the Bills/Colts game and infer Rivers is washed up. It’s odd to me.
  6. well, for one, the Colts outgained the bills in every statistical category. And if I recall, The bills defense couldn’t stop rivers and the Colts in the second half, until the very end. That was overall one of the toughest matchups for the Bills. They won and played a great game against a tough opponent, but it wasn’t a win because Philip rivers choked or is a washed up QB, as some here might suggest. Rivers is in the top 15 of QB’s all time in terms of game winning drives.
  7. I love how you guys are ripping Rivers. He only threw for over 300 yards, 2 TD’s, and had a 95 QB rating against us, and we won that game by 3 points last year, and very easily could have and should have lost it. He also threw for over 4000 yards, 68% completion percentage, and had almost a 8 YPA in 2020– pretty comparable to Josh Allen. He would easily be an upgrade over Winston in NO, and is probably better than at least 20 starters in the league.
  8. Dude is a baller. Just hope he waits until after the holidays to do it.
  9. Not to beat a dead horse, but how can anyone say those stats are statistically significant? No team goes for it enough to generate enough stats that would tell them their true 2-point success rate. And you cannot, IMO, extrapolate from a league average over the last x years. I mean, the stats currently show Houston has a 100% success rate on 2-point conversions. That is unlikely to be the true probability for that team.
  10. A buddy of mine who is a Broncos fan said the Bills were after Von Miller; and they got out-bid by LAR.
  11. Daniel Jones makes Check downs look painful.
  12. Yup—exactly what we all predicted would happen.
  13. with how bad the giants are, it was a smart play by PM. A FG won this game. The giants are going to just self destruct here.
  14. agreed. This is what a mediocre team looks like. Bad head coaching; mediocre and boring play on both sides of the ball; lots of mistakes and dumb penalties.
  15. Jones out there making extraordinarily difficult check-down passes.
  16. Can you imagine being a giants fan? Daniel Jones and a bunch of other meh players.
  17. Mahomes looks like an old man. No mobility. Dude’s feet are a mess.
  18. a buddy of mine who is a Broncos fan said he had heard the Bills were trying to land Von Miller. Rams outbid them. This is news to me.
  19. i have said this before, but our interior Oline is serviceable. They are going to get beat against elite Dlinemen (Chris Jones, Hayward, and yesterday Raekwon Davis); they will be meh enough against everyone else. The problem is that all the playoff teams seem to have those Beastly interior d-linemen.
  20. people think the fins are trash. Their defense probably has about the same across the board talent as we do. Their corners as a whole are better. Their interior Dline is also better with Davis and Wilkins. We probably are better at DE and a lot better at LB.
  21. That’s exactly it. The line was struggling last year until he came back. he has been much worse this year, no doubt. But I just worry that the alternatives are, as people are suggesting Ike or signing Forrest— not really going to be the upgrade people want.
  22. For all the JF naysayers, be careful what you wish for. The alternatives could be worse.
  23. Henry is just a straight-up baller and good guy. I really hope he bounces back.
