    I don’t think Stafford is the problem. This entire scheme depends on the rams running the ball effectively and going playaction. They just aren’t set up to line 4 guys out wide and Chuck it.

    after the other guy was taunting him in the face for like 5 seconds while the ref watched. The refs cannot be regulating chippiness at this stage of the game when they haven’t all game.

    That PF call needs to not be called. This is the SB. You don’t need some game changing call when two guys are jawing at each other.

    It stinks because the chiefs are literally the only bad matchup for the Bills in the playoffs and it is because of Mahomes’ escapability.

    The problem the rams have is that the entire offense is predicated off of playaction. So they have to keep running these same useless runs.

    KC and Buffalo remain the best teams, and the best constructed teams, IMO. The playoffs are a crapshoot. This game could have and probably easily should be TB vs Buffalo— but a play here and a play there….

    Bills got called for a lot worse against KC.

    josh Allen stiff armed Aaron Donald to the ground and abused this same defense last year. The rams have no one on this defense that can stop Allen or Mahomes when they are playing their A Game.

    exactly. This league is a matchup league too. Mahomes scrambling just is a matchup killer for us.

    i know it stings, but I refuse to judge our defense based on the KC game. You wouldn’t have any complaints about it either had the coaches put the D in a better spot during the last 13 seconds. edit: consider too— would Burrow or Stafford be able to escape 100 tackles and scramble like Mahomes? He cracks the code.

    It is funny how after every play, everyone is comparing our deficiencies to both these teams. Our team is better than both these teams. Our D is better than both these teams’ D. You can get smoked by Pat Mahomes and have an elite D.

    Don’t get the running short on both 2nd and 3rd down. 2nd and short is perfect to open it up.

    Lot of early jitters. That said, KC and Buffalo have to be laughing at home at these two teams. Both are far better.

    haha— I am Not springing for the real deal for this party! i actually went on a short-lived vegan kick for a few weeks last year. During that period of misery, I discovered this trader’s joe fake chorizo, and it was the one of the few vegan things that I will continue to eat.

    Poor guy— going to be quite the struggle to be balancing a job while being married. Quite a lot to ask of anyone.

    We are going to a party, and my wife is making fruit salsa, and I am doing a queso with chorizo. The chorizo is actually a vegan product from Trader Joe’s that is an excellent replica.
