    that is great! Keep at it! I don’t do pull-ups much anymore because they give me elbow issues. But i will tell you a great machine at the gym is the assisted pull-up one. You can really work your way up from counter-weight assistance to doing them with no help. I feel like most gyms have that machine, if you belong anywhere.

    I am more worried about Achane’s backup who will come in around the 2nd quarter when he is injured again.

    Will do. for what it’s worth, I had a former co-worker who had the same issue with his teenage daughter (really really bad), and she was able to bounce back with some good counseling, and has been doing great for years.

    I thought walker was solid last game. He seemed to take on double teams and hold his ground. Thought he did a nice job of clogging up the run game.

    What was reassuring to me was when I got there, the colonoscopy area was like waiting in line at McDonald’s. Very routine. In and out. I think the procedure takes like 10-15 minutes max. my prep was easy too. Just drink some stuff twice, and was on the bathroom a few times at night and again early morning. Wouldn’t worry about it.

    this is where I am at. What I am mostly terrified about is if Bernard misses any time. Dorian, Buffalo Joe, and cam Lewis as our starting linebackers?

    I said this elsewhere, but a guy like Bosa should be off on a short week— like not play this Thursday. Just asking for injuries trying to get these old vets to play a Sunday and then Thursday game.

    This team’s SB chances are going to rise and fall on the health of that defense at the end of the year. That’s the main reason we have been eliminated in the playoffs almost every year.

    This is why I was hoping the bills would make a run at Spillane in free agency. Just a durable and steady LB. I love Milano, but this is insane.

    They are going to need to trade for an elite LB near the deadline if they actually want to make a legit run here at the Super Bowl this year.

    it just feels like of any position, a top-20 CB pick is almost the safest pick. The learning curve isn’t steep for that position either. But maybe that was back in the old days? I suspect teams draft rawer guys now at that position for whatever reason?

    We used to be on the other end of those condescending comments by Nantz when we used to play Brady and the pats. And I would despise him because of it! Yesterday, I was yukking it up.

    I have not worn any bills gear or jerseys for the first two games. I will continue that streak for the rest of my life, including the SB parade…. Unless we lose.

    you can get the same production from Knox than you can from any number of 1-year low price contract vets. Looks like the same will be said with Kincaid. Both guys are solid TEs, not guys you sign to multi-year deals. edit: eg, Tyler Conklin is on a 1-year/$3 Million deal.

    since they won, you do know that that must stay on for every game this entire season?

    agreed. Don’t get me wrong— I really like the guy. But it seems like anytime he gets extended PT, he ends up with some really bad injuries. Even today, he took a lot of hits.

    when he walked out there, he seemed weirdly overconfident almost with his body language. Then he zipped that pass it. And he audibled into a nice run right after. it was actually super encouraging.
