I also think it had to do with the fact that Rhodes got a ton of reps in practice last week since Dane was out sick. He was prepped to start and play. When Dane recovered, i think they sort of “rewarded” the vet Rhodes, and Elam was the odd man out.

I think it would be reasonable for interested teams to have sort of the parameters of deals in place with OBJ, and then if/when he is ready to play, see if it makes sense for both sides to pull the trigger at that time.

it is a great movie! I am always a sucker for Hugh Grant movies. One of my favorite of his is “About a Boy” (which is actually sort of Christmasy).

I used to only get the flu when I had a shot and so I stopped. But then I got totally knocked out by the flu one year and I struggled through a rec league bball playoff game because I couldn’t recover in time. (We lost; I was so gassed). Ever since then, I have gotten the shot only because it is supposed to speed up your recovery if you get the flu.

Agreed. Leonard was solid. But Fickell is a huge upgrade. Fickell should be the coach at Ohio State over Day, TBH.

If he hasn’t fully recovered, I think he goes to the giants. They can sign him for the future. Bills and cowboys only really want him for the stretch here this year mainly.

i told my buddy who is a broncos fan that they needed to keep Fangio. He was a great coach and had that D playing lights out. Just needed a QB. All these stooges like Brandon Staley stole all his defensive ideas, but Fangio was the real mastermind.

That was one of the most bizarre plays I have ever seen. There is no justification for stopping short there. He could have easily gotten an extra yard without taking a hit.

I didn’t bother watching after 16-3, but knew Brady would pull this off. Totally unsurprising.

No doubt. They are going back to playing clean. If they had done that in the last jets game (no turnovers, kick FGs), they win like 19-10. I think the difference now is they have figured out how to play clean and how to run and be more balanced. And they are going to absolutely own Mike White on D. I think it’s going to be like 31-10-type game. And I am usually a nervous Nellie.

The Bills are going to absolutely bloody the jets and dolphins the next few weeks. I respect the Jets and their D, but these are pure revenge games. These are going to be boat races.
