I want no part of the Chargers. They have two big receivers and a big TE that specialize in making contested catches. I would love to see them matchup with the chiefs in the first round because I think the chargers win that game.

Steelers could End up sneaking into the playoffs with a 1% chance coming into this weekend. I think they need the jets to lose today and then for them to beat the dolphins next week, and for the bills to beat the patriots next week. (And they have to win too— two winnable games though).

Watching this game looks like a couple of Dick Jauron-era teams. Some mediocre football going on. We are going to smoke the patriots next week.

I think you are too hard on him. He drove then quickly into FG range. They needed to just run the ball twice and make that kick a 40 to 45-yarder.

Great game. Tough loss for OSU. wish stroud and co could have completed another pass to make that kick easier. But that kicker shanked that like 30 yards wide and 15 yards short. Have to make a better effort than that.

Is it just me, but I am sick of replay. They review these spots and catches endlessly. Just use some common sense on these calls and move on.

Agreed. I am a big Day hater. He is calling a heck of a game. Just the sequencing of the run plays on that last drive smartly set up the playaction TD.

it was sort of close, but usually they run the clock if the ball carrier is hit backwards and goes out of bounds. I bet a lot of refs on that particular play though would have ruled him out or Bounds and stopped the clock.

I don’t understand why that TCU defender would even consider that sort of hit there. Just bizarre.

This TCU/Michigan game is really epic. I have a feeling that TCU is going to be aggressive here on their last drive and not just try to run clock.

i don’t think so, IMO. This is a real flukey game, and when it turned into a track meet, you are seeing neither defense playing at its normal level.

it is really bizarre that they are doing all of this talking. Sounds like it could be less about cockiness, and more about being insecure.

oddly enough, I say “happy new year.” I think my adding of the “S” is only for grocery stores. All grocery stores must end with an S!

It’s cute that both teams are scheming on defense. But the reality is that this game is going to be a shoot-out. I actually think also despite how stout the interior is of the Bengals D, the Bills will be able to run it well, probably with those pulls and outside zone runs. I expect a lot of empty-set spreads from both teams too, and both QBs taking chances downfield. Will come down to who makes more plays.
