    yeah, I am the same as Augie. Know enough to be dangerous. You will save a lot in taxes if you meet the requirements of the like kind exchange.

    By the way, I assume you know all About the like kind exchange tax rules? Those would seem to be critical here if you are looking to basically sell your Atlanta rental to buy a different one.

    i rented our prior townhouse that was 20 Minutes away for about 10 years. Hated every minute of it. I even had a property manager. Just all the little things popping up at the worst times, and the HOA constantly squeezing me. Being a landlord is for some and not others. I will never do it again. Such a relief to not even think about it.

    I play a lot of basketball. I have a friend who hand checks me relentlessly on those exact plays and it always throws off my balance on the shot. Ironically, he never calls those fouls, but said he thought it was a foul on Creighton there!

    This strikes me as a weird decision. A guy like that can end up in Syracuse after his career, with solid connections to the school And city and lots of opportunities. I think if he stayed and Mintz left, he would be getting serious minutes and decent NIL. Not sure why he would transfer?
