Questions regarding the game in Pittsburgh?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to cobbpaul's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would just park downtown and walk across the bridges to the stadium. About a 20 minute walk. Light rail get pretty packed on game days, so would avoid it. -
Tommy Doyle INJURY ????????????????????????????
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Snappysnackcakes's topic in The Stadium Wall
same. If he can stay healthy… -
Absolutely crazy. Was in Maui about a year ago. One of the best trips we have ever been on. Mostly in Wailea, but spent time in Kanapali and Lahaina. just hope they can get this under control and rebuild and recover as fast as they can.

Agree, plus those still images of gaping holes and cutback lanes can be really misleading.

Training Camp 7/31 9:45 AM - Full pads this week
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Lost's topic in The Stadium Wall
what was alarming to me was that Bernard last year looked like he had no instincts. It was in very limited snaps— but he still looked lost. I agree that his stature is irrelevant— but he hopefully is more comfortable in year 2 and can now rely on his instincts -
Tough break for ex-Bill Zach Moss
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
Stinks. I am hoping he rebounds and has a decent career here. -
I think Klein is going to be it. I am hoping the young guns show up, but Dodson and Bernard looked hopeless last year in their limited snaps. Something really needs to click for those guys.

Torrence is the best news out of week one
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know enough about Shell, but the fact that he has a lot of starts under his belt is maybe promising. I think Brown is just way too raw to rely on. -
in the same way Kevin Durant had a “calf strain” right before tearing his Achilles. I dealt with really bad Achilles issues for a while due to bball. The only way I got over them was to basically shut down all sports for months. I can’t imagine being a professional athlete and having to deal with it though. It’s got to be so much more higher risk for a rupture. They need to be really careful with him.

Miyagi-Do Karate replied to WhitewalkerInPhilly's topic in The Stadium Wall
this “screen work” is going to die in training camp, like it does every year. -

Any updates about Torrance? Really hope he gets into that starting lineup. -
This is really getting out of hand with these young athletes. These D-1 colleges need to do regular heart monitoring of their student athletes. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/38068148/bronny-james-stable-icu-following-cardiac-arrest

Can you see the post office becoming extinct?
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
good point. I do think they fall behind even their modest projections though. But one would think congress could set them up a little better to succeed; should be able to at least break even when private companies like UPS and fed ex turn nice profits.
