  1. agreed. I think we need to keep contain on the edge and collapse the pocket from inside. But even then, he can step up and juke out a spy or make some insane throw.
  2. Josh is absolutely going to light the chiefs up. Their defensive game plan is based on all those disguised pressures, and in arrowhead, Josh is constantly dealing with the noise in trying to get to the right plays and projections. Won’t have any of those issues this week. i am predicting a monster game by him.
  3. I believe he is on his way. He just takes those giant slow strides, So it is taking him a while.
  4. I think they would cut cook in a second to sign Fournette.
  5. that stinks. He needed to stay patient. I think there is obvious opportunities here for him down the stretch with injuries and renewed focus on running game. maybe Baltimore signs him?
  6. Agreed, except for hussey?! No thanks!!
  7. this is a classy move. the dome decision has been made, right or wrong. But props to him for the shout out for those that braved the conditions.
  8. Agreed. There should be some “good faith defense” in that situation. The refs should huddle And use their common sense as to whether there was an intent to let up, and how severe the hit is.
  9. i can’t go there. It is like sensory overload. Has to be the worst formatted message board in sports history.
  10. haha. I will say— to your original point, it is encouraging he is progressing!
  11. The common denominator is the Bills exposed both those teams, and the league copied a lot of what the Bills did.
  12. I can’t tell which is real time and which is the slow mo, because that’s about the slowest spin move I have seen.
  13. That is great. He called out Klein and Elam too in the post-game speech clips from the locker room.
  14. including on their first TD!! It was so clear.
  15. It’s amazing how similar kicking is to golf. He just needs to get into a rhythm. The cold didn’t help today too.
  16. The one guy we absolutely must have back is Taron.
  17. May be a turning point in elam’s career!
  18. Agreed. Called a great game. I don’t understand the recent criticisms of him. He offers actual x and o analysis— probably the only guy that does so.
  19. There were a number of plays that I think qualify for the “play of the game”— i.e., without it, the game could have gone the other way. Elam pick, Josh Allen 4th down sneak conversion, Shakir TD, etc. what do you got?
  20. Elam pick could have been the play of the game.
  21. i agree that a fake slide is bad form, but he didn’t fake slide. Not even close.
  22. in the Steelers-ravens game last week, there were 4 plays in a row that Rudolph was either strip sacked or nearly strip sacked. Maybe they are thinking Von can exploit that.
  23. isn’t Elam the top backup at CB today? In a game like this, I think he is going to see some snaps, even if there is no injury.
