that is a generous assessment! That game was a weird one. Total boat race, and the Bills just sort of hung on after that.
I do think Rudolph might not produce as many turnovers as Levis. But they can blitz him and pressure him relentlessly and not really have to worry about him burning them.
I would love to know how this dumb situation even happened. I have never heard of a holdout where there was a trade like this. Usually the new deal is worked out with the player as basically a condition to the trade.
I haven’t yet reviewed this, but if this is a breakdown of the jets game, I would take it with a grain of salt. It was clear to me that Josh’s number 1 priority in that game was to not put the ball anywhere near harm’s way.
Of all the backup RBs in pre-season, Evans looked like the most elusive back. Actually had some great wiggle, ability to cut, and some burst. I actually wonder if they have some plans for him.
Two of Bass’s blocks this year (including this one) have been such horrendously bad shanks, that they went into the hands of the defenders. I actually think if quinnen Williams hadn’t touched this, the kick would have been even worse.
I would love to see a cover 1-type breakdown on Williams. While he seems to be making a lot of tackles, we also have been getting absolutely gashed in the run game, and I am wondering whether any of that is due to him.
couldn’t agree more. The reality is no one is building open air stadiums anymore. Total waste of money, not to mention how it negatively impacts game play and the fan experience.
