  1. Well, he does have some of the same kind of ability as Singletary, so having two players like that on the field at the same time, if done well, can cause significant problems for the defense. But he also seems to have the kind of break away speed Singletary may not, and could have even more big plays I agree. Yes, we won't know until he plays, but he looks like he could be a special player.
  2. I agree, just look at what Yeldon did as a receiver, almost 500 yards receiving last year. Once the Bills have more reliable and dynamic offensive weapons they can become an elite team. Because now is the time for the Bills, they need to mine the talent on their roster better now, to see what they have. Yes, it is late, but a new season awaits in ten days. Yeldon, Kroft, William?. More play makers are needed now if the Bills are to have a good chance of going deep in the playoffs.
  3. I want to offer my deepest and most sincere apologies to you and to all others I may have offended and excited for not having been on this board enough in the last six months to have read the threads on Wade that are implied here and above by some. I will now try to curtail my life enough so that I never am so negligent again. Please send me your tips for how I can make this forum my #1 priority in life.
  4. He looked good when given the chance, in fact he looked excellent; yes, a small sample of work but he played great. It may not add up to anything, but he looked like he could play well and soon.
  5. He is just the kind of dynamic player that can make a difference now. I think the answer is no, but want to know if there is a possibility. If not, then next year Wade and Motor become a dynamic duo for the Bills.
  6. Love this, breaking the mold again, and with a reason. The Bills are good but need to get better to have a chance to win some playoff games, clearly. They won't get better by not playing, so play 'em. I don't think they will play all game, but it is a good move I think, and one that will be looked back upon as such. Go Bills.
  7. Do we know if the game will be on Saturday or Sunday?
  8. So ignorance it is..
  9. The Bills are a better team now than Houston. If they sharpen their tackling and bump up their offensive production by about 25% they can beat any team. The long ball was back yesterday and gave us a glimpse of what the Bills could do if that continues.
  10. Weak sarcasm or actual ignorance here?
  11. Then who would the Bills play?
  12. Nothing played a bigger role in the Bills loss. The Bills players were there and making contact, but on several important game plays could not bring down the pats' players . Take away the key 6-7 missed tackles and the Bills would likely win the game. They outplayed the Patriots for most of it.
  13. Thanks, and after the Bills take care of houston, who is the likely 2nd opponent?
  14. What are the possibilities for the Bills' first round playoff games? And can the outcome play any roll in home field as the playoffs progress? Too lazy to find out it out myself.
  15. Good idea; fast and elusive. I wish he was available for the playoff run now and in January, an added dynamic to the running game and offense.
  16. I agree and hope that Dabol sees it as we do. It took him longer than the fans to realize that Singletary was the starter (and will learn to use him even more, hopefully) so now let's see if he will start getting Foster more involved. One missing element now is another high caliber offensive weapon and Foster has shown he can be that for the Bills. He can help to open things up across the board offensively.
  17. Very good point; and who would ever do that?
  18. Good, I think, but I kind of like it the way it has gone this season so far--with the Bills flying high under the radar. You may be correct here, and it would be refreshing to see the Bills getting some exposure, especially now, as they continue to gel, improve, and become playoff ready. I am hoping that if does happen that it does not disrupt their progress. And I think their philosophy will prevent that from happening. (Bills 30 Broncos 10; was hoping to be there to see this coming of age game today, but cannot. Go Bills...)
  19. I voted yes. I was almost shocked when the Bills pursued Brown in the off season. I was happy it did not work out as his character doesn't seem to match the culture the Bills are striving for. But, to me, the Bills are close to a team that could win playoff games and Brown can help make that happen, as the Bills biggest need seems to be a few dynamic offensive play makers. And I assume Brown has been humbled to some degree, or at least understands there won't be many more chances. He would play for this Bills team with Josh Allen as the quarterback.
  20. Yes, at least part of the problem. I will now listen to what Allen said after the game. I think Allen looks very good otherwise and played very well against the Browns. Adding the long ball, completing a decent percentage of those, will help him to take another step forward.
  21. I don't think anyone is calling for pity, but just that Incognito remains on the right track and is successful from here on out in life. While he played for the Bills he was a high quality guard, maybe our best offensive lineman. In fact, he was an important part of the first Bills team to make the playoffs in 17 years. He was also respected by teammates . Why wouldn't every Bills fan wish Richie Incognito well?
  22. Yikes. You really believe that the Patriots' success is based on this? Or just flaming out?
  23. Can someone who knows how to do so set up some kind of good poll to find out what percentage of people on this site think that the Patriots' dominance over the Bills and the NFL itself, is due more to cheating or to other things such as coaching and their organization. I would like to think, or hope, that most believe the latter is true. But I would not bet that is the case. There is almost no backup for those believing the first reason beyond 1-2 incidents and conspiracy theories, it seems. To me, it seems like little kids, or adults, who lose at arm wrestling and always finding some fault, unfairness in their opponent's victory. I would bet that most who believe that it is because of cheating are those same people who say: he twisted my wrist (lifted his elbow, started too soon, used his body, made me laugh, hypnotized me...) when they lose at arm wrestling.
  24. Yes, and it seems like many actually, but then he indicates that he thinks that Belichick, and his son too, are almost coaching gods. So, are they so dominant because of the cheating or because of historically amazing coaching? He indicates one reason in the subject statement, but then clearly implies the latter in his actual post. It seems he cannot have it both ways!
