I would agree with everyone here. I would sell him the projector and use the money to hire a contractor. I cant imagine that the labor for all of that could be much more than what you could get for the projector.

I have no problems with Iberia. Just wanted to know if anyone has had experience with them.

I agree with your suggestions, but try selling that to the wife and her friend. Last year, I flew to the Middle East (military) on a chartered flight. This aircraft had the worst seats I have ever sat in. On the way back, they chartered us a Boeing 777 which had awesome seats. Boy, what a difference. I could have killed myself on that first flight...we were so uncomfortable. That is what concerns me with this iberia airline. The other thing that sucks is they dont provide free food and drinks. I hear it gets expensive, but not $400. Im just conflicted, do I listen to my wife, who has never flown a plane longer than 4 hours, or do I listen to my ass that has.

Thanks everyone. The only thing I can come up with about Iberia is they are from Spain (hence the layover). Ive read some reviews about them, and it doesnt sound good. Appearantly they arent known for their service.

Wife and I are flying to Frankfurt Germany. We can save $400. if we fly with Iberia airlines instead of Lufthansa. The Iberia flight is almost 4 hours longer because we have a layover in madrid (Lufthansa is direct). On Iberia we would fly: Airbus A340-600 Mcdonald Douglas MD87 Airbus A319 Airbus A340 Lufthansa would be a Airbus A340 Boeing 747 Anyways, I have never flown either. In fact, i have never heard of Iberia. Anyone have any experience with either?

Just spent the day with Vinnie and Rick. Both are really cool guys. They are creating a F-22 theme bike for the Air Force, so they came to our base to ride in the back seat of our F-16. They had Discovery Channel there, and the footage will appear on an episode in March. Should be pretty fun!

I remember somone bringing up the topic of dog food. Someone mentioned a brand that I have never heard of, and claimed it was the best, because it was made with real meat. The person went on to explain that the dog eats less of this food because it was better quality. Anyone remember what dog food this was?

Im sorry, I must correct my post. I cant say for sure that she said more than one. Im hearing this all from my wife. I was at her house recently and ran McAffee Virus scan, Spybot, and Adaware with no problems. Computer did seem slower than Im use to. I truly think its a low RAM and OS (I have read that ME is slow) problem.

I consider myself pretty handy with computers, in fact, I have built several in the past. However, I dont know how to answer this question. My mother in law has a COMPAQ running Windows ME, with 256 megs of RAM. She is complaining the computer runs slow and freezes when she tries to open more than one thing. I suggested that she upgrade to Windows XP, and atleast 512 megs of RAM. According to COMPAQs website, installing a different OS is not suggested, and is done at your own risk since XP has not been tested on the computer. My fear is that XP may not be compatible with some of the hardware. Any experience in this? Im not sure what kind of hardware she has, and if it can be changed (video card, modem, sound card, etc.)

How did the steeler fans get so many tickets? They seemed to be everywhere. I thought the crowd was pretty loud. You could tell that they had given up by the fourth quarter though. Its hard to see the team fall apart like that, and still cheer as loud. Anyone who thinks this loss has anything to do with the fans is an idiot.

as others have pointed out in other threads, the loss stands with the 12th man. Had we been cheering louder, we would have won. Im ashamed of myself.

Im trying to remember the name of the person who commited suicide on televison years ago. I want to say he was a public official and was about to be charged with a crime. I remember him pulling a gun out of something, and shooting himself in the head. Anyone remember his name? thanks
