Yup. With 3 kids and making my own popcorn, it was about 1/2 price. And the couch was much more comfortable for dozing off than a movie theatre seat.

The people who are losing their jobs are not the ones buying RE in Boston and SF so I don't see a huge market change, but the uncertainty and overall weirdness of the situation is definitely slowing deal flow right now. Plus, mundane stuff like booking a moving van, plumber, home inspector, etc. is probably making things more difficult these days.

+1. Definitely want to build in time in case the 2020 season starts late. Also, they could push out the schedule a full month (SB in early March, league year starts end of March, draft end of April) before it would have any serious impact. Even then from a business side you could compress things another month beyond that, but it gets dicey if you don't leave enough healing time for players between end of the season and start of the next training camp.
