  1. NCAA's hand forced by state governments moving in this direction. I don't think this ends up benefiting too many kids....and pretty much just those who are going to make bank in the NFL or NBA anyway. Lots of lawyers probably get paid though.
  2. Good beer and massages. And not the Bob Kraft kind. Well ok, maybe that kind once in a while but I really enjoy 90 minutes of deep tissue work from a real masseuse.
  3. New York, to that tall skyline I come, flyin' in from London to your door New York, lookin' down on Central Park Where they say you should not wander after dark New York, like a scene from all those movies But you're real enough to me, but there's a heart A heart that lives in New York A heart in New York, a rose on the street I write my song to that city heartbeat A heart in New York, love in her eye, an open door and a friend for the night New York, you got money on your mind And my words won't make a dime's worth a difference, so here's to you New York
  4. LOL.....that certainly was the goal for my wife's future B-IRA!
  5. I suppose putting that giant board of masks together for a photo-op was an 'essential job'.
  6. I hope nobody missed that little present Congress gave us last year that requires all Inherited IRAs (inherited post 2019) to be completely emptied within ten years.
  7. Are colleges doing refunds for COVID? I was under the impression they had transferred everything online to avoid that.
  8. I don't image this is a super heavy time commitment beyond spending a few hours a week on conference calls.
  9. I'm guessing they all watch the same small handful of teams and games and 'report' on the rest based primarily on the echo chamber.
  10. I'm sure he was quaking in his boots after going 173 - 2 against the Bills this century.
  11. No doubt. I guessing this has been much harder than they anticipated. Especially with the Sabres where everything they've tried has been a train wreck. Sometimes stuff doesn't work out....when it doesn't work out 10 times in a row it makes it really hard to know what to do next.
  12. Really? Again with this nonsense, even after drafting a QB?
  13. Honeymoon phase is over....Pegulas are now full time whipping boys (and girls).
  14. Let me guess....no Chinese people in his montage.
  15. Yup. With 3 kids and making my own popcorn, it was about 1/2 price. And the couch was much more comfortable for dozing off than a movie theatre seat.
  16. Don't know if we've covered this yet, but looks like the movie industry took a big step toward making theatres obsolete. Of course this has been coming anyway, but the current situation set up a perfect storm for the rollout of 'Trolls World Tour' (yes, I was one of the tens of millions of people who shelled out $20 for a 48 hour rental). https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/amc-theatres-refuses-play-universal-films-wake-trolls-world-tour-1292327?utm_source=morning_brew
  17. The people who are losing their jobs are not the ones buying RE in Boston and SF so I don't see a huge market change, but the uncertainty and overall weirdness of the situation is definitely slowing deal flow right now. Plus, mundane stuff like booking a moving van, plumber, home inspector, etc. is probably making things more difficult these days.
  18. Every Jay Cutler thread needs this clip (Cavallari is on the left).
  19. +1. Definitely want to build in time in case the 2020 season starts late. Also, they could push out the schedule a full month (SB in early March, league year starts end of March, draft end of April) before it would have any serious impact. Even then from a business side you could compress things another month beyond that, but it gets dicey if you don't leave enough healing time for players between end of the season and start of the next training camp.
  20. Whelp, if anyone knows how to stand by a rapist, it’s Hitlery.
