    I sure wish the Bills would let everyone know what a highly functional organization they are by canning the HC and GM one game into the season. The highest caliber coaches and execs would beat down Terry's down to get to Buffalo!

    I meant the current/recent teams; not ever. It's the early '80s teams that get me. They had all the pieces for a couple years.

    It's just so hard to believe the Bills can't build a consistent winner by throwing out the GM/coach every 18 months!

    The Chargers were certainly susceptible to the deep ball today, so that bodes well if Allen is playing*. Defensive would need to step it up but I can see that group playing much better. Unlikely, but not impossible. * Presumably Peterman has PTSD anyway when it comes to the Chargers.

    Yup. Start Allen so he can learn and take his lumps and be ready to be good when they fix the rest of the team. Take that top 3 pick and trade down with whoever is dying for a QB next season.

    Silver lining: Sammy Watkins was still invisible on a team that scored 38 points, so his glory hole line will keep quiet for this week.

    He looked pretty good to me considering he was playing on a team down 40-0. Put him on KC or San Fran and I bet he looks a lot like Mahomes or Garoppolo did today.
