In 2007 the Mets, Yankees and Red Sox were all in the hunt for the playoff spots, so I entered the lotteries for each of them and ended up going to game 7 of the ALCS in Fenway. My most recent experience with a lottery was last winter to get tickets to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Aside from the half-day I spent tending to the queue, then getting booted from the purchase screen and having to start all over again, you really don't want to know what that cost for 5 seats.

I can only imagine the uproar.....people here get upset when they wear pink sweat bands during breast cancer month.

Everything broke right for SF last year....won't happen again this year. They're a talented team but won't get back to the SB. Agreed about Jimmy G, he doesn't elevate his team and he's terrible when under pressure. He doesn't have Allen's ability to make things happen. Really by the end of next year. The Bills picking up the fifth year option is a far cry from giving him a five year extension like SF did with JG.
