billrooter replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You definitely started a lively thread ? You do have the sunday ticket or stream the games while not in attendance though right? -

Who is your second team? I haven't went to a Bills games since the early 2000s but I watch every play on the Sunday Ticket, I would feel like a fraud changing teams at any point in life. -
I find it amusing people have conflicting views if Tyree Jackson belongs on the practice squad due to his potential since he hasn't done ***** yet in the preseason games. Wade has been raw but very impressive in his what 4-5 touches this preseason and as long as he can (he does have to clear waivers like everyone else?) clear waivers he better be on Buffalo practice squad.

Called yesterday and the first rep was not real helpful was willing to give me 30 off for 12 months. I ended the call with her called back and got a better rep that gave me the sports pack free for 6 months, free showtime for 4 months, 60 off for 12 months, and automatic 30 off since I have been without ABC for awhile and they are sending me the filter or something that attaches to the back of the box so I can get abc again. She told me to call back the end of the month to check for more promotions or at the very beginning of the month. Last year I was able to get free playboy for 4 months, showtime and max 4 months and hbo for six months, as well as the free sportspack for 6 and the 60x12 credit and a 15 for 6 credit. Hoping when i call back In a week or so I can receive the hbo deal for 6 months and atleast the 15 off for 6 months so we will see. Was the sunday ticket for free along with a 60x12 months? Or is it baically free with that obvious discount?

Lucks retirement and Miller injury news effects Bills
billrooter replied to Tatonka68's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jacoby has an interesting skillset and maybe he has improved, but the Colts have a decent team and if they lose a few in a row I would not be surprised to see Kelly get his shot. It seems like that division is always up for grabs, Irsay seems like a meddling owner as well it is going to make for an interesting season from the Colts. Definitely an interesting thing to watch, can't recall a QB in his prime retiring like this but Lucks' body has taken a pretty good beating. Gotta feel bad for those fans and Luck as well, but this only makes it easier for every other team in the AFC with playoff aspirations. -

Agree and I am guessing Stanford is the odd man out. -

Hindsight is 20/20 but most here had heard of the guys concussion history before he got here, I myself as well as many others I am sure thought why sign him to the highest contract a center has ever received, obviously hoping for the best. Just never figured it could possibly bite them in the ass this quick.

Mitch Morse in concussion protocol
billrooter replied to *******'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That was the head scratcher for me with his history of concussions as well as many others on here I am sure. Top paid money for a guy that has missed a good bit of time and not only that but could be 1-2 concussions away from done definitely hope this is extra caution being used! -
New WR coach Chad Hall - will he have an impact?
billrooter replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Proof is in the pudding, i feel like everything your saying is correct BUT I have felt like this before. Are you counting your chickens before they hatch? -
So he can get hurt too, he is more injury prone than Kroft?

Rest In Peace Sue, never met her but definitely remember the poster.

Imagine if we Lee Evans could have played with Allen!
billrooter replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really liked Lee Evans while he was here, but honestly when he went to Baltimore I thought he would tear it up with a better qb or atleast well established, he really did not do much there. Question is was anyone else surprised he fizzled out when he left Buffalo? -
These are the two guys I like most at this point in the draft, for the Bills hoping we snag one with that 9th pick!

Should Bills go after FA TE Demetrius Harris
billrooter replied to CEN-CAL17's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Eifert better come cheap, he is always hurt. How do you count on a guy like that being your 1 tight end, seems he is hurt way more often than Clay was? -
Hope that is not the case Bill, if they go defense i want a dt or de. They have to get better on the line of scrimmage, draft a cb 3-4 round and hopefully Wallace fills out a bit and improves.
