Williams was downgraded Friday after being listed as questionable. The fourth overall pick in the 2002 draft, Williams didn't practice all this week. He was hurt in the first half of Buffalo's loss to Carolina, forcing him to miss the past three games. He also was inactive for two games this season because of an ankle injury. Williams underwent tests this week to help pinpoint the problem, which appears to be a strain located in between his right and left ear, which has only compounded his lack of testicular response.
