so does that mean tank johnson gets a year when he gets out of jail? i don't think he should have been playing in the playoffs and superbowl last season.this is a step in the right direction,but the union will still try and fight for the players every time they step out and get into trouble.

wow! thats pretty harsh.i don't really remember peerless acting like a punk.early on in his career he did drop alot of balls.i always remember eric moulds being the punk.i remember two differnt times where eric spit on the opposing players.peerless had a big chip on his shoulders when he was first drafted.peerless was also a young kid who didn't realize that at the time he benefitted from playing across from eric,but i have never seen him act like a punk.i also think he did good with the bills last season.i think peerless will be even better this year.bills fans should hope so because i think peerless is here for the length of his contract.go bills in"07

are you sure they even get a 3rd rounder if michael walks?the reason i ask is he was drafted in the 5th round.wouldn't he only fetch san diego a 5th then?or would it be higher because san diego placed the highest tender on him this year?

is that in nickel city? my parents live in odessa fla(tampa)and i work with a girl from buffalo.we are meeting there april 20th for a wedding.she says she spent alot of time in tampa and that there is a place nickel city in tampa that is a bills/sabres bar.

well why is because turner was tendered the the highest of restricted free agents.......any team signing him would have to give up a 1st and 3rd round pick.turner is the most expensive free agent runningback this season.its a no brainer that most other teams looked for other runningbacks.

i hear that"inside sources" close to the negotiations say that marv has stood back from the table because aj smith is demanding tim anderson and coy wire be thrown into the deal with our second pick as well.aparently marv has said he would consider letting tim anderson go if he really has to,but letting coy wire go as well is a "deal breaker"....the bargaining goes on! lol lol.

brandon you 100% right.the bills have plenty of options.i was only saying people seem to think we hold all the cards when we do not.like i said earlier aj smith does not need to trade michael turner.this is where the misconception is.people feel if he does not trade michael that he will be stuck with only a 5th round compensatory pick next year.i just think the chargers like michael enough that they wouldn't mind paying him 2.35 million and letting him walk next year.do you think if we gave the chargers a 2nd round pick,they would be able to replace him equally with that 2nd pick.i was all for getting adrian peterson,but if we can get michael for say a 2nd and a 3rd then that is not so bad.if it is a fair deal for both teams this trade will get done.

i would say aj has the upper hand.aj does not need to trade mike .he will get a 5th next season if he walks.he can back up lt and they may even be superbowl bound with mike.

its true that defense wins football games,but............a good offense helps the defense as well.espicially when it is a runningback.runningbacks gobble up the clock in those close games.

actually dean what you posted was very true .you do have to look at more than just "rushing yards"to evaulate a runningback.every thing you posted was true about picking up blitzes etc...i just think adrian can be the real deal.i also have nothing against turner.i just would rather draft our own runningback at#12 then give multiple picks for another runningback.go bills in"07

well i have THOUGHT ABOUT IT and i stand pat....i think adrian peterson will out rush michael turner next season.adrian will be the first runningback chosen in this years draft and rightfully so.michael turner has talent but there had to be a reason he was chosen in the fifth round.and even if i end up wrong it is just my opinion.it means nothing.that is what we all do on this board.post our opinions about what we think will happen or what players we like or dislike.go bills in"07

true ap may be gone at #12.if turner goes to the titans it may change marv's draft strategy.marv may have to decide if ap is worth moving up for,or should he stand pat at #12 and settle for marshawn lynch.i prefer to get ap,but i bet ml can have a good career too.
