    I had commented on the 9AM parking lot opening, how it a) filled up the private lots quicker, and 2) brought traffic to a standstill from 8:30 to 9:30. Chris said it was a mandate from the NFL to "cut down on the drinking aspect". He did say many people had made the same comments and they have been passed along although he doesn't know that anything will change.
