Cruz, 25, is recovering in hospital after the second bull of Tuesday's corrida caught him in the upper thigh, throwing him into the air, and gored him in the groin once he hit the ground. Newspapers reproduced the eye-watering bulletin issued by surgeons at the bullring after a two-hour operation and film of the incident was played on the main evening news. "Fernando Cruz is suffering from two horn wounds of 25 centimeters in length each. One involves the fibers of the abductor muscle and dissects the femoral artery, the other involves the scrotal area and eviscerates both testicles." Cruz was sitting up in his hospital bed on Wednesday. Astonishingly, he is expected to be back in action in around three weeks.

It's not me

I was clocked doing 52 in a 35. We were 1 mile from where we were going after an hours drive and the kids were screaming 'WHEN ARE WE GONNA BE THERE?!?!?!?' It opened up to 2 lanes and I must've unconsciously sped up... The cop said he did me a favor and wrote it as not obeying a traffic device instead of speeding. He said it saved me points and $80, but they still want $120. And it was in Florida...

Anyone with experience along these lines? cops...

He was a little off the next day but by Friday he was back to normal. As normal as he gets anyway The funny thing about Rochester was flights that could get out (ie their destination wasn't closed) were getting out no problem - even in that blizzard. It was everywhere else that had trouble.

Sounds good, Rock. I left on Valentine's Day too. Our 6:50 AM flight to Orlando thru Baltimore got can'd, but we were able to get on a 9 AM flight direct to Tampa. We changed our car reservation and drove over from there. The bad thing was that my son got hit with the stomach bug basically as the flight was taking off. Poor kid. And poor woman next to us.
