  1. c) Offenses run at him because he's the weakest link
  2. Had a great time. Got back about 2 hours ago - we stayed visiting family. Having my family there made for quite a different away game trip for me. Thankfully Saturday night was mine, and it was a ball. I hung with Kenny & Scotty and crew. Kenny was at the bar when I got to the Town Tavern around 4, and he was going back in there at 11 when I called it a night - the guy can drink a beer! Town Tavern was alot of fun, and the $2 Blues were going down VERY easily. I'm glad I slowed down when I did tho - made for a much more pleasant Sunday. Watched alot of college ball and drunk people there which is always fun. Met another group from my neck of the woods (Rochester area), and a cute blonde who as an alum was so focused on the Clemson game she wanted nothing to do with the guys hitting on her. My brother in law showed up but was so overwhelmed by the volume and craziness that he had to go home. The buffet at the 2nd place was decent, but WAY overpriced. It was also much quieter, but catching the end of the Sabres game was cool. Game day was pretty sedate actually, partially because I had family responsibilities and my son came to the game with me and he's not a big tailgater yet. The stadium made me throw away all the snacks I had brought - no outside food . I tried to go to a different gate but a security guy actually followed me. I had pretty good seats - 10 rows up in upper deck on the aisle at the 25 yard line. Felt bad for their Jr. Cheerleaders, who were supposed to do a routine at halftime but technical difficulties left them on the field waving for a few minutes before they could start. By the time they were done the players were on the field. As others have said, it was at least 10-15000 Bills fans from the look of it. The ones around me were singing "Sweet Caroline" as Panther fans left about mid-way thru the 4th. Did not get hassled at all - just alot of "I can't believe we lost to THE BILLS!" going on... I'm gonna send Delhomme and John Kasay a nice Thank You card. Thought the Bills D tackling was actually pretty bad - noticed McGee sliding off runners quite a bit.
  3. http://www.weather.com/outlook/events/nfl/...m=NFL_teamsched 62 and partly sunny with light wind. Not shabby...
  4. So they show 3 plays that illustrate their point (out of 60-70) and that's definitive? Plays are like stats - they can pick whatever they want to say what they want to say. I've seem those guys use different plays from the same game to make 2 opposing points. Not that Trent has been good the last few weeks...
  5. The bottles of Guinness say right on them: "Serve Extra Cold" http://cheeptalk.wordpress.com/2009/06/20/...e-for-guinness/
  6. I'll call him and let him know you're looking for him.

  8. I said the same think after last week, and was told they're not related.
  9. You sure that's not Twisted Sister?
  10. Wacko... Kenny!
  11. The wireless adapter on my main PC is verklempt - I'm on my work laptop.
  12. Make room in that boat, Lori - I'm climbing in with ya. When things go bad it gets easier to find other things to do.
  13. Kelly's Call: Accountability and a winning attitude - a great op-ed piece by Jim Kelly on BB.com. I dunno if Kelly's got the brain to be a successful head coach, but he's got the heart.
  14. Absolutely. Getting the playcall done in the huddle is one less thing (and a really BIG thing) that they don't have to do at the line so they could focus better on the other things.
  15. I respectfully disagree. Lots of these penalties are movement or line-up issues with the young linemen. I'm willing to bet those would be decreased if we huddled up. We certainly aren't giving defenses any problems with it so why do it?
  16. I was not a Guinness drinker at all until I went to Dublin. http://travel.webshots.com/photo/2585111580044479105NbzWJD While it is not as good here, I did acquire a taste for it. I do remember hearing that they have a quality inspection team in Ireland that goes to EVERY pub once a month to make sure the lines are clean and the temperature is right. I was surprised that they kept it as cold as they do.
  17. They better extend halftime if that's the case.
  18. Might not be quite the love-fest that Canton was...
  19. Freaking BRILLIANT! Even gets on Takeo to back off...
  20. And one of the best ever is now their head coach.
