After tests to ensure that a) both sides of my body react to stimulation the same way and 2) certain flexes of leg/hip/ankle/neck weren't causing pain or numbness in my legs she said she was able to rule out disk/nerve issues. She then put her hands on my hips and had me raise one leg at a time, at which point she said she knew the cause. Apparently the sacroiliac joint on the right side of my pelvis is frozen, while the left side flexes normally. This lack of mobility in the joint causes the muscles to have to work much harder and stretch more, which is causing the pain. And she told me to get my Costanza-like wallet out of that back pocket . She did some mild electro-stimulation and performed a few treatments (drop table and others) to start "unfreezing" the joint and treating the muscles.

I've been dealing with worsening lower back pain for upwards of a year. Recent measurements of my height are an inch shorter than what they used to be. I've mentioned these to my PCP with little reaction so today I contacted a chiropractor and have an evaluation this afternoon. Anyone here have any experiences/opinions they'd like to share?

I hit a round on Sunday here in Rochester. A bit of debris on the greens, and a few had been aerated, but really things were pretty solid. It was upper 50s and overcast with just a little breeze. I've only hit 2 rounds since early September but really hit the ball well . Couldn't putt tho...

I did not turn the game on the TV until 5 minutes remained. We were up 24-21. I did not turn off the TV but instead watched the remainder of the game.

I saw them August 1980 at Reunion Arena in Dallas on 'The Game' tour. Top 5 concert all time for me, no doubt.

I tried to spend the mornnig at the beach, but it was very windy & raining on and off. So I took off around 11:30 to meet up with Guffalo in Key West. The weather on the way was much better, but Key West itself also got some showers. Had fun there tho. Had to stop with the Guinness and go to water and a Red Bull so that I could drive the 4 hours back here. Tomorrow's supposed to be nicer here so it'll be a beach day, then the Bills-related stuff starts with at least 1 fan party to go to tomorrow night. Fun to see the jets lose last night Plus the guy I'm playing in my fantasy league has Shonn Greene so that was a double dose of goodness. The guy I agreed to split my room with apparently decided yesterday he wasn't coming down. Oh well.

The series was so bad by the middle of season 3 it was nearly unwatchable.

Sitting in the Jet Blue terminal at JFK with an hour before my flight to Lauderdale boards. First time being on Jet Blue - liking it so far although somehow two women in the row in front of me got the same boarding pass. Last night's Sabres game is on at the sports bar across the way, but I really don't want to see that. Lots of plug-ins and wireless internet - nice terminal, especially for JFK. Current weather in So Fla - 82 and cloudy. Forecast looks like there might be some showers around all weekend.

I'm no longer convinced 10-6 gets it done, especially with the tie-breaker situation we're in.

Jerry Jones is as media conscious as anyone and I seriously doubt he'd risk the backlash for something so harmless.

Fitz's accuracy is not what it was, receivers are not catching balls that they should, we've got running backs playing WR, we're down to our 3rd string LT and backup LG (and now maybe C also). Our defense can't get off the field on 3rd down, the turnovers have dried up, and we're back to getting no pressure on the opposing QB. All reasons to focus on the running game. If we're worried about getting Freddie beat up then a) sign a viable backup and/or 2) give McIntyre the ball a bit.

Any excuse to give a Cowboys Cheerleader extra TV time is OK with me.
