  8. none of this is my fault. Just sayin'.
  9. In my 50+ years as a Bills fan, I've never seen us deal well with this kind of thing. Hopefully we're learning cause it's coming from all sides now. According to CBS Sports, we have the top roster in the league... https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/ranking-all-32-nfl-rosters-ahead-of-2022-training-camp-bills-buccaneers-chargers-crack-top-five/ And poor Dawson Knox doesn't even get a mention...
  10. Not mentioned yet, the 2000 season opener - the SNF revenge game against the Titans after Homejob Throwforward. Also the first ever TBDAHOT. Bills D allows only 172 yards with 4 sacks and a turnover. Bills O holds ball for over 33 minutes. Tied at 13 with 1 minute left, AVP (replacing an injured Rob Johnson) hit Moulds for 36 yards to put us in FG range. We took the lead on a Steve Christie FG with 31 seconds remaining and this time actually making a tackle on the ensuing kick return (after 52 hair-raising yards). Tennessee tried a 60 yd FG with 4 seconds left which was no good. Bills win 16-13.
  11. I think the most accurate thing he talked about was actually Dorsey. "One of the most under-the radar storylines of the NFL season. I don't know what to expect. This is first time in this position" I think it's gonna take a while for anybody (including other teams) to know what to expect. A little remiss to leave out Knox til the end.
  12. Wonder if GOB1LLS would be available
  13. I'll never be less than mad about it.
  14. Signs point to Yes Got the usual hotel booked for Sunday & Monday nights. Hope people booked early tho cause it went from $86/night to $212 after the full schedule was announced.
  15. For all who may be interested, they're auctioning off the game-worn jerseys. Not sure they'll be available for general sale. https://web.dashapp.io/event/6239c914f4eb3b376e1e13e2
  16. Found this on the Bills STH Facebook Page (administered by the team). Someone posted the reply of their ticket rep to their question about a draft party this year: Gotta say that this is one of the lamest things I've heard in a while. And the whole look of raising prices but giving less is not good. There used to be pins, banners, magnets as well as events etc as part of being STH. None of that now. And in-stadium "swag" is also down to pretty much nothing. If only I was still on the Fan Advisory Board (if there even is one any more).
  17. Am I the only person who thinks Wilson's on the decline and I am not very worried about him? We handled him pretty easily last time we played. Not quite as steep a decline as Cam but he's not as elite as he was.
  18. Bills history should have given you this uneasiness long ago. I'm forever uncomfortable.

  20. Can we go back in time and take Donald instead of Sammy Watkins?
  21. Their D, ranked 17th in the league, outperformed our #1 ranked D, especially in overtime. A few factors I think: Coaching. They didn't panic, didn't flinch, and were in the right calls for the situation. They adjusted at the half down 21-3. Fundamentals. They tackled. We gave up 225 YAC on 33 completions. They allowed only 275 yards total. Scheme. They handled Mahomes correctly: Their D only had 13 picks all year, but they picked off Mahomes twice. We had 0 picks. They sacked him 4 times and hit him another 5. We had 2 and 2. They held him to 19 rushing yards, compared to 69 we gave up. They dropped 8 into coverage on 35% of plays, coming away with a pick and 2 sacks on those plays while holding Mahomes to 7-13-59. They got off the field, allowing 2 fewer 3rd down conversions than we did. They didn't let Hill and Kelce beat them. Combined, they were targeted 22 times against us for 19 completions, 246 yards, and 2 TDs. On 21 targets yesterday, they had 17 completions but only 173 yards with 2 TDs Tyreek Hill in the 2nd half - no receptions! Condition. They hadn't been in the track meet with KC's offense like ours was, chasing their QB and their WRs all game. So they were not gassed like ours was. They had 36 minutes of possession. We had 27. Personnel. They weren't missing their top cover corner. It sure didn't hurt that the Chiefs thought they had the game won and played like it.
  22. The blues and now the whites are tainted by lost playoff games in KC. What's left? Zubaz?
  23. That ball-deflatin’ lyin’ cheatin’ POS??
