  1. Sadly, it is the one drawback for me about parking at Hammer's. If you don't get right to your car and onto Abbot, you're in for an ugly ride. You can only turn south onto Abbot, then you can only turn west onto 20A which goes past ECC to Southwestern & McKinley. It can be a very slow go as pedestrians walk and cars exit lots/yards.
  2. Wow I really wasn't expecting that. (that's what she said)
  3. Wow she's got a scream on her
  4. You have to have your season tickets alot longer than that. If you get the Bills Visa card, you can use reward points to buy your way onto the field.
  5. Yeah Rubes. Looks like he actually throws better on the move than dropping straight back. Real nice zip on the ball. Has a penchant for hanging receivers out to dry with throws in tough spots. Read option a real threat.
  6. Last year's game he started... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=yYYyxN4xfqc
  7. Nobody's gonna watch, so who really cares what they wear?
  8. I guess we know how they're making room for Thaddeus
  9. Batten down the hatches!
  10. OH ****! Tropical Storm Karen poised to go over top of New Orleans. Tropical Storm Warning/Hurricane Watch is in effect. NO NO NO NO NO NO
  11. Yeah... there's NO FREAKIN WAY I'm clicking that link at work.
  12. The '89 playoff game was my first Bills game ever not in Buffalo. Just kind of decided to see if tickets were available and they were early in the week so my brother and I went. What a terrible stadium that was. I remember running into the house after the drive back home to rewind the video tape of "the drop". I also remember a game in December 1986 we lost to them 21-17. It was 33 degrees and windy with sleet all day. I had won tickets from WCMF here in Rochester. We tried to grill burgers in the parking lot and couldn't get the charcoal to stay lit.
  13. According to the link, most of the lots allow cash entry (except the red one). When you approach the stadium on I90 you'll see lots with lots of Bills fans.
  14. NFL rule is gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
  15. Actually I use a panda cam at the Woolong Panda facility in China. http://live.ipanda.com/ Their government actually works.
  16. Here's a map: http://prod.static.browns.clubs.nfl.com/assets/docs/stadium/12_StadiumAreaParking_Map.pdf Last Year, Kenny & Crew tailgated with some Browns fan friends of his who were very nice to party with, in the "muni lot". On that map, it's not marked but it's just north of the Amtrak Station. The lot is not, however, necessarily the most heavily populated with Bills fans and there was at least one incident that we saw. I also recommend an early entry into the stadium - the lines to get in 1/2 hour before kickoff were terrible last year.
  17. I really am starting to compare this season to 1987. Back then we went 7-8, but we were right around .500 all year and with a few added pieces the next season began the domination we know and love. Kelly, Reed, Smith, Bennett, Talley, Metzelaars, Hull, Ritcher, Wolford, Tasker, Conlan, Odomes, Kelso... lots of young, talented players already on board. Levy was in his first full year as coach. One of the high points of the '87 season was a November game against the Broncos, who had gone to the SB the year before and were on their way there again. This was Cornelius Bennett's first game as a Bill. We held them to 76 yards rushing while amassing 258 yards on the ground, had a 21-0 lead half-way through the third before Denver made it interesting. Kelly even caught a pass - a 35 yarder from Robb Riddick that NOBODY saw coming. We held on for a 21-14 win. Showed everybody they could play with, and beat, the big boys.
  18. I was wondering if Mr Evans would be parked over at Hammer's.
  19. As for the message... Their getting there.
  20. a la Bugs Bunny
