The sad thing is that 1999 was the last year of good football played by this franchise. They might have been good in 2000, too, but they refused to play Flutie again. When he would come into the games, you'd see that the team was actually pretty good. It just goes to show the importance of good QB play. I wish we could party like it's 1999, but we have had nothing but losers at the most important position on the field for the last 14 years and counting. Is it any coincidence that we've stunk every year since then!!

In a way, it's good that Graham is getting all those reps, especially if both coaching regimes believe in his abilities. He can't improve if he doesn't get to play.

The team looked so unorganized whenever Johnson was in there. He wasn't even as good as Tuel. Flutie would come into a game and all of a sudden they would look like a playoff team. The OL would settle down, the players would have a renewed confidence, and they would kick some butt.

CJ just wants to break a big run once or twice a game so he can pad his yards totals. Fred Jax wants to win football games.

Didn't Andre Reed drop a crucial pass in the game, and he got flagged for a huge penalty. Funny how no one remembers anyone else's mistakes in that game.

The Bills did some awful things at that time. Benching Flutie was incredibly stupid, but does anyone remember the day they released Smith, Thomas and Reed all at the same time? It was in a small press release that the team issued. Talk about bad Karma. That classless move pretty much ensured that Buffalo would not get any quality free agents for quite some time.

I'm not looking forward to the draft. Even with a top 10 draft pick, the Bills will find a way to screw it up. We'll probably find a couple decent players in the mid rounds, though.

Peerless Price used to drop a lot of balls when he was a rookie, but he ended up being pretty solid. However, I doubt TJ will even be as good as Peerless was in his prime.

Today's game was tough to watch. I rarely get to watch the Bills play live on Sunday afternoons. I guess I am not missing anything. I'm not going to let them ruin any more Sunday's this season, though. The Chiefs weren't even that good yet they won by two scores. The Bills are just putrid.
