Gilmore needs to be on WR2 from now on. McKelvin is ready to take on WR1 with Byrd/Williams helping, and let Gilmore 'shut down' WR2. I am really hating on Gilmore right now, so I'm not even convinced he can take on a WR2.

The reason we don't get in is because the simulation I had had Titans at 8-8... All three teams have not played each other so it will come down to a in conference game winner % as tie break, and that goes to Raves at 8-8. What BS... That just doesn't seem fair, if you beat a team you're in over them, that would be the worst scenario in my mind!!

Just did the simulation on ESPN, and looks like we need to win out. Jets and Ravens beat us in Tie Break Scenarios.... Not sure why the Jets beat us. I think the machine is messed up though, because doesn't head to head matchup matter more than best win percentage in common games? That is the reason I'm given for Ravens beating us at 8-8. FFFFFFFF

I grew up in Syracuse, and LIVE AND BREATH Buffalo Bills. Still have season tickets even after relocating to Raleigh, NC, just can't let it go!! I spent most of my life convincing Giants fans that Buffalo was the logical team to route for. It really is the dividing line, and Jets moving training camp to Cortland really hurt b/c it was mostly Bills/Giants, now I've seen a lot more Jets influence. NY/NJ is big enough for the Jets and Giants, I say stay downstate Jets!! Also - agree I have a lot of McNabb era fans that have become Eagles fans. Similar to here in Raleigh, there are a lot of San Diego Fans b/c of Rivers b/c Raleigh to Charlotte = Syracuse to Buffalo distance, so I think that has a lot to do with it.

Like this idea most... really want the playoff monkey off our back first, then work to keeping the Def together another couple years to really be a contender.

I think Pit going 3-3 the rest of the way is likely. @GB w/healthy Rodgers. Cincy = another loss. Then just have to hope for a split with Cleveland or loss in Baltimore. GB takes them. Cleveland split, and loss to Baltimore or Cincy is what I think knocks them out of contention.

Looking at the remaining schedule the Bills WILL make the playoffs at 8-8 if they beat NE in NE when NE has nothing to play for (similar to Pit while back). Jets: 8-8 split w/Miami. We win Tie Break with 4-2 division record vs Jets 3-3 division record. Ravens: 8-8. We win tie break from head to head. Dolphins: 7-9 Oak: 5-11 Ten: 7-9 Pit: 7-9 Cle: 5-11 SD: 6-10 So may not need to win out... just need to beat the pats and Jets split w/Miami. I'm a typical optimist.

Getting both on the field would be a great idea... Especially given the fact we have choice to spell one here and there.

Good call, qb sneaks are a great for EJ. Not a good chance for real injury on qb sneaks either, so no worry there either.

Jackson is one of the best backs, and I never said Spiller was better. I do think Freddy sees a lot of the draws and screens, and there roles should flip. Spiller is a great back, and showed he can be last year wen Freddy went down. Only knock I have on spiller is durability, but he needs the chance to get into space. Which is the point of the post, get Freddy to get tough yards that he consistently gets and get CJ in space. Come on now

Mario looked to give up on a couple plays to try to knock down a pass, but I did notice him as a good teammate taking double team specifically to let Kyle W get a huge hit of Geno today. He's playing great this year!

Play calling needs to flip between two backs. Play to the strengths!!! I posted this during the game but thread is locked. Don't want to add this to previous threads. This deserves its own topic. Play calling is still killing Spiller. Great game by def today, and go bills!

Spiller vs Jackson play calling... Just flip it completely... Draws and screens for CJ and tough (typical) 1st down runs up the middle Freddy... Seems too simple, why do they keep giving Freddy those calls?

We really need to keep our own draft picks... 2nd rounders that perform like 1st round talent is what we need to get competitive. We need to win some games, and then he'll be happy to be here and play through some pain. Lastly he needs to realize we drafted him and moved him to safety where he could be successful, so take top 5 safety $ and be happy. He would not have been a pro bowl corner.

This is amazing... this guy was most likely part of the 53, but some doubt must have been in his mind... now you're the starter going against a huge division rival... how is this not huge national news (I know...)
