My biggest concern is that we are seeing energy being weaponized by both sides now and what is that going to do to us consumers. There is a log jam of tankers as we speak off the coast of turkey, the new sanctions are going to increase the price of energy exponentially for Europe, and the US.

The western nations, Europe, cannot be buying Russian oil and funding their authoritarian government, and funding their war effort. But I do think that this price cap is going to wreck havoc with the world economy. This isn't about democrats vs republicans, this has to be done. But battle lines have been drawn. Russia will still be able to sell their oil to China, and India, two huge markets and may not even miss a beat in terms of their revenue. It's also going to cause massive complications on a geo political scale, it's going to do as much damage to the free world as it does to Russia. Have the G7 nations though this through? What can we expect from the global energy economy as this price cap sets in? Battle lines have been drawn and this is going to exasperate an already strained world economy. This deserves its own thread.

You know his strategy is to say this crazy stuff to keep himself in the headlines of the media, right? And the special snowflakes eat it up keeping him in the forefront playing right into his hands. I understand that it's tough to ignore because he really does say some wacky things, but libs gotta be better than this or we are all sunk. Tender vines have tender grapes though, I suppose.

Fortunately Apple owns them both now and they can bury Linus and Charlie Brown deep in a sea of outdated media where they will never be seen or heard from again. We should thank our lucky stars for our corporate overlords to protect us from dangers that normal citizens can't understand. -
How much did you pay for gas and groceries today?

The cheapest eggs at Tops were 4.79 today and another surprising price today was tops brand canola oil, the smallest bottle was 3.79 which seemed very high. My car insurance has increased $25 a month as well. Definitely putting the squeeze on the working class. Also, don't forget the strategic oil reserve trick is about to run out, Russian oil and energy is off the market now, they're the world's second largest supplier of energy, so I'm expecting things to get worse before they get better in '23. Tighten your chin straps kids, I think we are in for a bumpy ride. -
I don't think you sincerely believe alot of the stuff you post. I think you like mocking trump because you find it fun. I get it, I like mocking certain things around here for entertainment too Hence the fishing gif. I think you're fishing for banter and there's nothing wrong with that. Just let's recognize it for what it is.
