  1. We’ll have to agree to disagree…
  2. No, not at all, I'm a realist. Also, reasonable minds can disagree but thinking he's the best QB in the league is not a stretch by any imagination. You seem to think there is no way at all he could be.
  3. Allen is the best QB, no doubt in my mind.
  4. Not sure that should be disqualifying in itself.
  5. What do you mean by she doesn't have credentials you would normally see? Are there other candidates that would be better choices with better credentials? Would they fit the skin/sex need?
  6. I don’t know, are there qualified ones?
  7. Shhhhh, you’re making too much sense. Stop it with your logic!
  8. I won’t be watching the rest of the games, too painful.
  9. No, they are not being discriminated against. Sports are the ultimate meritocracy when you're talking about players.
  10. Nope, that’s not what I said. In fact that’s the opposite of what I said. It need not be based on skin color and sex. You knew that though, and you continue to bait. Biden, clever as he is, let the cat out of the bag for the American people to hear what he’s looking for. The only reason someone would do that is to virtue signal to his base. Rather than stand on principle for what this country stands for, he wants to make a loud minority in this country happy. If the candidate is a space alien, it matters not to me, as long as they are the most qualified in the position. As I said earlier, choosing from 9% of the population necessarily makes it so that you will more than likely choose someone less qualified, as you’re cutting out the consideration 91% of the candidates. That leaves an unnecessary asterisk next to the candidates name when that person could very well be the best person for the job. I know you know this but you can’t admit it.
  11. You’re not succeeding, I don’t care what a person thinks. Especially not one over the internet. I don’t care if a person thinks I’m this or that for things I espouse, I know who I am and my own heart and what I stand for, so nothing actually gets to me. I’m confident I’m on the right side of the argument regardless of your thoughts of feelings. If you offer me something to actually think about rather than propaganda that has been repeated over and over again (of which I have considered long ago) I will think thoughtfully about it and apply it to my current thinking and see if it makes sense. So far you’ve offered nothing other than trying to bait, pathetically really. Keep on keeping on with your diversity (in itself) is a strength narrative. (Spoiler it’s not unless they were chosen by their merits, you know, by the content of their character and education/job experience and such). Carry on.
  12. Lol keep thinking that. I know exactly what it is. I’ve even posted the article of which the professor used in my class on these boards years ago. The precise reason for CRT the peer reviewed journal entry proclaims (written by the professor herself Marilyn Byrd) is to rail against “whiteness”. Not my words, just right there in print. She even goes on to talk about how it comes from intersectionality (which all of this is based on in conjunction with underlying Marxism/post modernism). Alas, of course you think you know it all, Mr. knowitall. How very presumptuous of you. …don’t get me started on the joke that peer review has become in all this wokeness nonsense. Nonsense that will lose the majority of seats for the Dems in both chambers. So keep it up, Americans are watching!
  13. Blah blah blah is the very thing you say, I don’t need to explain to you. You don’t ascribe to reason just pure straw man politics from you. Just know we, the American people see through it. There will be consequences for it in 2022.
  14. Also, black women only represent about 8 percent of the country, by definition if you are reducing the search to 9% you’re reducing the talent pool so much you would absolutely keep a person more deserving and more talented from being considered. Why would be narrow it down to that and also say he was? The very definition of discrimination!
  15. Are you saying I wasn’t saying it then too?
  16. Oh I know a lot about this subject, it’s been something I’ve been exposed CRT far before all of this blew up. It’s funny seeing the talking heads on the left try and do word gymnastics and say CRT is not being taught in schools. Of course class is not called CRT, it is not going to be in your face like that. The elements of CRT are definitely being taught in liberal schools, people can see the lies the left will spew about it. They just won’t come out and say it because most people don’t want to be labeled as racist or whatever -ist -ism of the day. I’ll leave it there.
  17. Lolol this is hilarious. Mischaracterization of what is actually being taught in these woke schools.
  18. She was right, Kamala is an unmitigated disaster. Someone needs to sue the President for discrimination, this is clear. It came right out of the horses (arses) mouth. The POTUS himself said he is going to hire someone based on skin color and sex? Un-freaking believable!
  19. So why don’t they always do that?
  20. So 2016 was the only time in that group. It’s happened.
  21. Miami with a new coach? New system? I think they’ll take a step back.
  22. That happens in a lot of things, not just in sports. People often think they know more than they do. They hear things on the news or from their friends and think it's correct and move forward with it as fact. The saying "I know just enough to be dangerous" is a riff off of this type of thinking. That said, that thread is golden! There are so many posts, I can't remember if I commented. Haha
