  1. McGahee is running behind the worst Offensive line in the NFL. He would be at 1000 yards if he was with Indy or Dallas.
  2. I'm sure TD will take all those positions into consideration, then go out and make just 1 big signing but the good news is it will be Jerry Crafts.
  3. I think it's a lot easier for a guy in Mort's position to come out and say those things than it would be for TD. I don't fall for the "public responses" TD makes to fans every week. I'm sure in private he's says Williams is a fat bust.
  4. I think by reading those quotes it is painfully obvious Mort is a good friend of TD. Everything is coming up roses.
  5. If the Bills take a corner instead of a defensive or offensive lineman with their first pick they will burn down TD's office and I'll strike the first match.
  6. That's a good point. We will never know how good JP will be with our current offensive line, Tight Ends and recievers. You might even add that Drew would have performed much better if he had that offensive line in Buffalo. We are now known across the league as having a consistently bad offensive line. That will not get a lot of players to Buffalo and that's not the reputation to have. BTW, personally I've seen enough of JP to believe he will be a very good QB in this league given protection.
  7. I pretty much agree JSP. The only thing is can we add GM to be replaced also? I'd let Moulds stay if he wants to take a cut.
  8. Have to agree with that. I've always liked MM but if he puts in Kelly I think he'd be making a huge mistake. The kid has the confidence back so let him start from now on.
  9. Why fire TD? He should get executive of the year again this year.
  10. I agree and he was really throwing the ball hard which I love... much like Faver. Unless of course it's on a swing pass out of the backfield and it needs touch but the thing I was impressed with the most on his two TD passes was was JP holding the safety's by looking to another reciever before throwing to Evans.
  11. Well, unfortunetly have have seen every snap this year and his tackling is poor at best and it's not always 240lb RB's he's trying to take down but I get your point. It is much harder to tackle a player once he hits the secondary with a full head of steam but Terrence Mcgee seems to always be able to take the ball carrier down from anywhere on the field and yes I know he's a corner not a safety. If you notice how Mcgee tackles it's text book. He always starts his tackles from the below the hip. Winfield was great at that also. Both small guys by NFL terms. It just looks to me as if Troy has lost the physical capabilities that made him a great DB. He's learning a new position but I don't think he can play corner any longer. He's 34 and 14 years in the league takes a toll. I think the Bills will go with Baker next year to start.
  12. So you think Troy would be a better open field tackler if he was still at corner? I'm not saying he won't get some picks but one on one in the open field he's bouncing of ball carriers and that would happen if he was at corner or saftey.
  13. I'd have to agree. I've seen Troy whiff on to many tackles this season and a real bad one in the first quarter of the KC game on Larry Johnson.
  14. Beautiful
  15. It doesn't really matter does it? I mean after 4 years if he was successful at right guard he would still be at right guard. I think the reason Mike Williams turned out to be a LARGE bust is his lack of passion for the game. He had the size and talent just not the drive. He's a very nice guy but I don't care about that. He's killing our cap and it will be interesting to see if the Bills cut him in the off season. He's the highest payed player on the team right now at I believe 9 m and cutting him next year would cost us 5 m against. Correct me if I'm wrong
  16. Try looking again
  17. He's nothing but a cocky little bastard. Did you see him after the game walking around like he's an all-pro already. I just pray that MM sticks with Kelly Holcomb. I just don't think JP is ready yet. Oh yeah one more thing did you see JP at the press conference when he said he plays better angry? I just assured us of another great day for JP
  18. I thought originally the Bills were to wear the throwbacks for the Houston and Denver game. I really hope they do wear them for the Denver game. I can't wait till next year when we can finally get rid of our current putrid unis.
  19. Yeah, he said something like the Bills got kind of lucky because the ball was overthrown, but when you watch the replay it was a great throw and a great catch. The guy drives me nuts.
  20. Is that you again Ice?
  21. JP played a very good game today period. Yes, our O-Line is still one of the worst in football and if your going to put in a young QB mobile or not you have to give him protection. I think JP has a future at QB for the Bills but when will TD & Co realize that no matter who he inserts at QB the offense will struggle until the line gets fixed.
  22. Nice post. Agree 100%. I think Mike Williams can finally be called a LARGE bust especially when you consider what were paying him. I think Preston was going to be the starting LG next year so why not start him now since MW can't play either position.
  23. He earned another start. That was the best I've seen him throw the ball since we drafted him. His passes looked really sharp. Did anyone else hear Randy Cross call his first TD lucky? Both passes were on and especially the second was perfect. He also gained a first down on his feet. He's now got confidence so I think it would be a big mistake for MM to keep Kelly in. Congrats to JP. He gets my gameball. He knew how to take a benching and instead of whining every week he used it to his advantage to learn more.
