Yep, I guess we can't even say other GM's did a bad job. I think half the posters on the board are more sensitive than these GM's themselves after being fired. I'm sure Ozzie Newsome and TD are very nice people but the bottom line is wins and losses people. I was fired from a job it's no fun and very hard on your family but they felt I didn't do a good enough job. It happens deal with it.

To me that means Modrak as the new GM and Marv as a consultant but who knows he could be speaking about 20 or so jobs within the organization that are not related to GM or coach.

You still have to play the guy Glenn. We didn't draft him to keep him on the pine. Young QB's most important learning curve is action in games and also we need to know if we have the right guy instead we go into next season not knowing who will be QB. It's another question mark on a team full of question marks. If he would have played him the last 2 games it sure would have helped.

I would have to think the opposite. I believe players would know exactly who he is and what he's done for the Bills and want to play that much harder for him albeit GM or coach

I think he'll add him as an adviser which is a great idea. He really trust Marv and I think he'll be able to evaluate talent better than TD did.

I'm listening to JP interview after the game on WGR 55 and it sounds like he was healthy enough to play. I'm paraphrasing it was something like "I tried to show the coaches I was ready to play. I went threw all the drills and felt fine but the coaches said were afraid he would get hit in a certain area and that was their decision but he was not happy with it." What a fuc&$#@ joke. As I thought he wasn't really hurt it was just MM's way of saying Holcomb would give me the best chance of a win, I hope he's gone.

I'm in the minority but I'd like to see him as the Bills coach. He was the only coach to take the Aints to the playoffs. You have to consider the situation going on down their and I'm sure he would love the Bills job which is always a plus. If your not enthusiastic it's going to show. In other words want for a job versus need for a job as a steping stone.

I'm a big Eric Moulds fan. I think he's been a leader (outside of this year) and a solid number 1 reciever however the the emergence of Lee Evans and his huge cap number I believe he'll be playing for someone else next year. I'll miss him as will the Canadian strip clubs

Yes, I believe he will be fired. After hearing Ralgh's comments after the game not only do I think TD is gone I think some coaches are gone also. Not sure which ones yet but we'll see soon.

To me sounds like TD is definetly gone but I wouldn't take it as Mularkey's job is safe. You can tell he's really dissappointed about MM giving the job to JP when he wasn't ready. If the meeting goes bad Mularkey could resign or be fired who knows. Thank Heavens
