  1. A nfl flagship franchise has been cheating again. This is a black eye on the league. This isn't the first time this coach has done something against the rules and he did it in the freakin AFC Championship game! What should be the penalty this time?
  2. I remember that specific delay and to be honest with you only one thought went through my mind. The Pats were being checked for a illegal formation or something fishy. At that point I think it was Jim Nance who mentioned the ball issue. I'm sorry but I'm just not surprised.
  3. Running somebody over then leaving maybe? At the time he wasn't worth the off field hassle. Look Meshawn is a good football player. He is also a thug and I'm glad the guy isn't a Bill.
  4. Wow that was just painful to watch and I don't blame it on the interviewer at all. He sounded like Doug Marrone but worse
  5. Back in the mid 95 I found a vhs on his life and it started off when he was a kid in california. It was a very informative film. I actually met him as a kid. I thought for a superstar of his time he was nice and personable. What a shame he turned out to be but I wish football people would stop with the revisionist history when naming the best rb's of all time because he was if not the best, certainty one of the best of all time.
  6. Why must this be brought up every week? Our current unis are the best we've ever had. The red helmets were ugly. The only reason anyone likes them is because it represents a time when we dominated the afc
  7. Agree. It seems like that's what happened to Jake Locker when he was at Washington. It costed him millions. Everyone will be gunning for him next year. Looking for weaknesses and exploiting them and don't bother telling me he won't have any.
  8. Watch his stock drop next year. Not to smart if you ask me.
  9. I love Jim and Thurman's passion for the team they bled for, but I hope they reaslize coaching at any position is no longer a part-time gig. It's early to rise early to bed 24/7. If they are concerned with that due to family matters (which I respect) it probably won't work.
  10. I've been watching NFL network the whole time since it was announced and it's clear that most including Terrell Davis do not think it will work. I'm a little surprised that they don't think a 9-7 team with Marrone and Hackett can't get another win or two with Rex Ryan and Greg Roman. In my opinion that's a serious upgrade in coaches, but until we beat the Pats when it counts we'll have to accept the non believers.
  11. Can't see a rb that gained 18,000 yards taking that.
  12. Agreed. I'm watching this PC right now and I would love to play for this guy! Confident, classy, respectful and as a fan I'm not going to hit below the belt.
  13. I think they realize the major problem at qb and will do everything possible to change it. I think they will be aggressive but it may take a year or two for a permanent solution.
  14. There is no way it is a step back from Marrone. It is clearly a step in the right direction. Since it's unlikely we can solve the qb in one year why not ground and pound until we solve the quarterback problem? In the meantime we might have the best defense in the league
  15. Yes, but Sully said we won't make the playoffs so can we just forfeit the season? Ok really I agree with what you said.
  16. He would be very smart to go pro
  17. I vote for Ryan Mallet or Brian Hoyer. I think Mallet hasn't started enough games to see if he'll start and Hoyer is better than EJ imo.
  18. While I'm not convinced as you are of Kapernick's greatness I'm all for drafting as many QBs as possible until we get it right.
  19. I quess Greg Roman would know best if Kapernick is worth a second but personally I would be ok with it or Mallet, Hoyer until we can draft one.
  20. For those of you that watch college football what do you think of Brett Huntley or Bryce Petty? Is it possible to get Huntley in the second round? I like what I've seen from him.
