  1. Well said. Those of us who stick with them through the tough times enjoy their successes even more. If you now need a "reason" to be a Bills fan, you never were one. You just don't get it...
  2. Pardon me ma'am. I thought you swore off the Bills. Now I'm regularly a laid-back type of guy, but in this instance, I gotta' say :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  3. Remember - we have a perenial ProBowl S out with an injury...
  4. IMO he does hold on to the ball too long. But I have a difficult time believing two things: 1 - Bledsoe's the entire reason Bflo's struggled on offense 2 - The Pats want to face him twice a year A somewhat myopic opine by a commentator with whom I usually agree...
  5. Ol' number 25! I was a huge Roland Hooks fan.
  6. It happened a few years ago. I think it was the Stillers, they won the toss and deferred. Their opponent then chose to receive to start the game. As they had lost the flip, they also were able to choose to receive to start the 2nd half. Needless to say, Cowher was spitting mad...
  7. We heard you the first time!
  8. Good job maddog. From http://www.nfl.com/fans/rules/cointoss: It's entirely possible that Bflo would have to kickoff to start the 2nd half if they choose to kickoff to start the game.
  9. True, except for the ambulance ride, that was a great day!!! I would love them to put up a similiar score today, but I'm afraid it will be much closer. But like I said, Bflo will win!!!!
  10. What sucks is that the Pats don't. This will be a very tough game. But Bflo will win it 17-10!
  11. I don't think the Bills stay at a hotel - But I'm basing this on that everyone drives their own car to the game (remember Mike Williams wreck that knocked him out of a game?). I thought I've heard that there were only a couple of teams that stay in hotels, but I could be mistaken. B)
  12. I guess that's what I get for posting second-hand info
  13. He was on Patriots All Access and said a couple of interesting things: -"They (meaning Bflo) are going to be a good team, their O-line is strong, their offense will get going once they get used to the new system" -He said to watch this week because "I'm going to show you something on Special Teams you probably haven't seen before." Bobby April, tell the boys to expect the unexpected.
  14. I assume you're in NYC/NJ. Giants wouldn't preempt a Bills game unless they're hosting an AFC team. If the Bills are on there, I guess the Jets don't have a 1PM game?
  15. Why'd the League of Women Voters stop sponsoring the dabates? I think Mondale-Reagan was the last REAL debate and it was also the last one they sponsored. I liked seeing the candidates being forced to get "off message" and thinking on their feet...
  16. Well being the club's VP and resident "volume-turner-upper-guy," I can't very well abondon my responsibilities at Gator's. B)
  17. Take 264 towards the Oceanfront, then take the "Princess Anne" Independence exit. Go past Mt Trashmore making sure you're in the left-most non-turning lanes, the road splits and you want S Holland which is straightish/to the left. To the right is S Independence, you don't want that. Continue down S Holland. Gator's is on the left, across the street from the Super K-Mart on the right. A median means you'll have to go past Gator's and do a u-turn at the next light. The driveway sneaks up on ya' from that direction, it's right after Dunkin Donuts' drive - keep an eye out. Whatever you do, don't park in Dunkin Donuts, they'll tow you. I doubt the Gators lot will be full, but if you can't find a parking spot at Gator's, go across the street and park at the Super-K- nobody ever gets their ride towed from there... I'd suggest you plan on getting there no later than 12:30 to get a (good) seat, but since it sounds like VaBchBledsoeFan won't be there, I'll do my best to save you a spot (his spot) at our table. Keep an eye out for me in the 36-Milloy and introduce yourself. Look forward to meeting you.
  18. We're not talking the option out of the wishbone. If there's a flea-flicker, all he does is back up and take the toss. If it's a reverse, he'll get downfield and blow somebody up- he's done it before. Any trickery that directly involves Drew will IMO have him waiting to receive a ball on a flea-flicker or similar play. But I would be ROTFLMAO if they do an HB-option pass with DB as the receiver... I guess it COULD work because it would surprise every-freekin'-body!
  19. Good post Paco B)
  20. Sorry, but should New England win, it won't make you a better person. 54 hours from now you'll still be on your way to your crappy old job in your crappy old car in the same crappy old routine looking for some validation to improve your crappy self-esteem. And as oft-times before, you'll re-learn the lesson that being a fan of a team that wins a game does not mean you are a winner.
  21. Gentle giant? R.Rich? C'mon Bib, he's what, 5'3", 112 lbs soaking wet?
  22. You're right, she's wrong. Now, does that offer the validation that you must be so sorely lacking in life?
  23. I'm more "worried" about Brady.
