  1. My take was from a physical standpoint he's not "there" yet. I know MM mentioned that JP was running the scout team a bit, and participated as "an arm" in some of the other positional drills. But he was quick to mention it was "all no-contact work."
  2. You can say alot of things about McGahee, but labelling him a "quitter" shouldn't be one of them.
  3. Oh, you mean like Daniel Snyder? What's Dallas' record again? I'd agree with that.
  4. I think it was part of the Game Plan. It seemed they wanted to work him early, let WM wear them down a bit, and go back to a fresh TH to batter the middle later in the game. Sound scheme, provided you're not trying to come back from a deficit on the scoreboard
  5. I'm not sure I agree with your assessment of the coaching. Lack of a pass rush from the edge doesn't help, but they only gave up something like 160 yards to the Ravens, kinda' hard to find fault on that side of the ball, isn't it?
  6. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: I thought that he'd have a monster year, and thus far, I've been wrong about that. No argument there. But at the same time, he can still make every throw on the field, some better than others, but he can still make them. I just don't buy into the suggestion that DB is the biggest problem on this team. His teammates gotta' start making plays for him. BADOL and I (and others too, I'm sure) have recognized that fact - the bigtime players play "small." Outside of Moulds' long ball catch yesterday, DB had no help. Bad tips, questionable officiating, and nobody making plays for this QB is what's killing the O, not Drew. BTW: I never predicted they'd win 11. I claimed 10, but right now I'll be content with 8
  7. It's not the name (I promise!), but I've liked Campbell's production. He seems to make plays when called upon, and it's tough to ask more than that from a player. If there's a deficiency at TE, it might be in having a blocking TE, but I think this team has more pressing needs than the TE position.
  8. What poor calls did Clements make? Players play.
  9. I'll flip them on you 2) They took 6 away by not seeing the ball hitting him. And the kicker: CBS shows him on the sideline laughing, telling his teammates the ball DID touch him 1) I can find no fault with Fletch on that play. He jumped up and in as all D players are taught when the ball's being thrown. His momentum carried him into the QB, but it was obvoius to me anyway, that he "pulled-up" as well as any player could have given that he was in midair when the ball was thrown.
  10. Only busting your chops. But it ain't closed til I say it's closed
  11. ...about the BS roughing call on London Fletcher? How about the muffed punt non-call? These were huge breaks for the Ravens, and huge let-downs for Bflo. Please tell me I'm not the only one who witnessed the stunning ineptitude of the officiating (again).
  12. Ohhhhh... I didn't realize that you're allowed to read more into todd's topic title than I can yours.
  13. Wow. Sometimes opinions are best kept to oneself, no?
  14. Your question is, "Should Bledsoe be benched?" A yes or no answer would be the most direct answer to your query. The problem with your choices are that they expect people to know the future. Your question is posed in the present, and therefore should have an answer relative to today, to now, not the rest of the season, not next season. Given your scolding of todd, I'd expect better.
  15. Did the Raven's radio crew mention that 3 of the interceptions were off the HANDS of Buffalo receivers, including Sanders' TD?
  16. In your own words, "I hate to break this to you, but there is a right way and a wrong way to design a survey." Your choices should be "yes" or "no," especially given your scolding of todd on the verbiage of his poll.
  17. IMHO, right noe McGahee is a better back than Travis. Patience and his ability to bounce a run to the outside are McGahee's biggest advantage of Travis.
  18. Based on today's performance, so are his receivers' pass-catching ability. I mean c'mon, 3 passes deflected to the opponent? That's inexusable.
  19. Hmmm.... I wonder how the outcome of the game might have been different if 3 of those int's were completions...
  20. Man, I can't wait to see JP have three balls deflect off of receivers' hands and be intercepted. That'd be sooooo much better.
