Watching the Chiefs game- this is how you play defence. Stop the run, play man coverage, send pressure on the QB. Not sit on your arse and play soft zone coverage and hope a team makes a mistake while chewing up 7 minute drives

You accept the penalty and then play a PREVENT defence which allows them to get the yards back and chew more clock up. If you accept it, you HAVE to be aggressive on defence and try to force a punt, not play prevent
