He for sure built a good team. But I think saying it is Howie Roseman super bowl win is implying that any mediocre to average coach can go to 2 of the past 4 super bowls (And winning one). Which I would disagree with. Look at Tony Dungy for example- Had a top 5 QB of all time, with at least 4 hall of famers on his roster. And only went to 1 Super bowl in 7-8 seasons with the Colts. Roseman built a great team no doubt- But I think Sirianni deserves more credit than he is getting, and he for sure is maximizing the talent

Bills defence was a mess this year. 29th on 3rd downs, 16th in red zone, and gave up the 4th most first downs. The turnovers saved them from being a complete disaster as they just couldn't force stops. It's very similar- Both were rookie coordinators. Both had some good, but mostly bad moments in their rookie year. Both were/are entering year 2 with a lot to prove . If the bills defence continues to struggle and he gets some sort of demotion mid way through 2025, remember this conversation. For now, we will just have to agree to disagree and we'll have to see how it plays out
