  1. How many years does he have left on his contract?
  2. Exactly, And teams figured out the Chan Gailey/Fitz offence. It was all short throws and screens and teams started to figure it out
  3. Until this game I really thought Shady wasnt the player he was the past 2 years. Still good of course but just not elite. But this game in my opinion was by far his best and showed why he is still oen of the best RBS in the league
  4. Why would the Bills start him/play him then, if there were 2 players at his position better than him?
  5. I think they are worse off. How do you not think so? There is a reason why he was starting. At the absolute worst, he provides great depth.. They didn't get a better offer because he has a big contract in which he hasn't lived up too, and he has off field concerns. But that doesn't take away that he isn't better than some random the Bills are going to have to plug in when Worthy needs a breather. Does it make sense for the future? Yes I understand that part. Does this make them a slightly worse team today? Absolutely
  6. They would cut him at the end of the year. I hear your point but you can't tell me the Bills are a better team today without Dareus
  7. I got to agree with you to a certain degree. I didn't mind the other trades, but this one doesn't make much sense to me. I know they are trying to get rid of cap space, but still.... They are 4-2 and in the middle of a playoff race and they traded a starting DT for a 6th round pick. I dont think Dareus is even close to playing at a probowl level, but nevertheless he is one of their best options at DT, and at worse he provides great depth. In saying that, It is way too early to say he is a horrible GM but I really did not like this move
  8. You think Tyrod performs as well as Russ and Cam? Keep in mind Cam Newton was the best QB in the NFL when the Panthers went to the superbowl. Eli is as clutch as you get and Matt Ryan won MVP last year. I don't think Tyrod is that far off from Russ, but in my opinion I cant put him on that level yet
  9. Its just my personal opinion man, I'm not right or wrong yet... I 100 percent agree that football is a team game. I know you don't know my poster but I always preach that and have defended Tyrod plenty of times using that argument. But in my personal opinion I don't think he is good enough to help his team to a Superbowl. If you're going to win, that means you're going to have to go at New England in January and score probably 28 plus points and make big time throws. The only QBs that have gone to the Superbowl in the AFC the last 16 years or so besides Brady, are big Ben, Flacco once (when he decided to be Joe Montana that playoffs), and Peyton. So back to my original point, I think he can get you into the playoffs but not the Superbowl. And yes you're right it is a team game. But the QB is also the most important player on the field and as of right now I don't see him making enough plays to help his team get there. Its just my personal opinion buddy. You of course are free to disagree which you obviously do. All good
  10. You raise a fair point. Tyrod is good enough to get into the playoffs I think, but he isn't good enough to take a team to the superbowl. In saying that I hope they keep him next year but still draft a QB in the first round
  11. Your post to this article was like on page 12 though. There is no way I/alot of people would have seen this article if it wasn't posted on a new topic
  12. I agree with Schopp. He is by no means a great QB, but the guy is at least average and can make some very nice plays. A lot of people want to draft a QB and get rid of Tyrod. I am on board for drafting a QB, but I think it would be a mistake to get rid of tyrod
  13. Luck. My friend is a diehard dolphins fan so I follow them very closely and I can't even tell you how many bounces and breaks they seem to get in close games. It's actually ridiculous
  14. Did Romo just chirp the Bills/Jets game, saying game of the year (in sarcasm) coming up? lol
  15. They actually look very similar as well lol
  16. Ya I heard some crazy stat where they have won 12 one score games or something... I think it was 12 but can't remember 100 percent. If that's the case then that's just crazy
  17. Beautiful. Cant stand this obnoxious team
  18. A lot of luck to be honest. Chargers missed a game winning field goal which should have been a loss. Scratched out some wins against ATL, TEN with Matt Cassel, and the Jets. Ball has for sure bounced their way, before tonight anyways
  19. Ya it wasn't helmet to helmet but he still drilled him in the side/back of the head. You can't do that lol. Especially during a QB slide
  20. He still drilled him with his shoulder to the head during a QB slide. Doesn't have to be helmet to helmet to be dirty
  21. Ya I think its as clear as day. I for one like to give the players the benefit of the doubt on hits, but that was flagrant
