  1. It is pretty difficult to try and confuse good QBS. If you try to confuse them and they don't get fooled, that generally means you have a mismatch somewhere. (lineman dropping into coverage, rolling safeties around, etc.) And a good QB will expose those mismatches
  2. He's a brilliant offensive coach. He always finds a way to get his playmakers involved
  3. It will definitely be a lot thinner without tubby Tolbert playing
  4. Ya and possibly the Dolphins as well
  5. Just looked at his numbers, seems like they are pretty average when it comes to throwing flags this year. To your point though, he called a lot of penalties last year. We'll see what happens
  6. How are there 3 teams worse? Lol. That is pretty impressive if you have a worse offence than the Bills
  7. Haha Fair enough. But at the same time the Packers have been to what, 2 out of the past 3 NFC championship games? And they were an onside kick recovery away from going to the Superbowl that year. You know better than I do as you're a Green Bay fan, but I just feel if Rodgers is healthy then they are always a threat to win the Superbowl
  8. That sounds about right It was never really his offence though. He was always more of a sidekick to Shanahan and Kubiak
  9. As long as Arod is still Arod, I think you guys are a Superbowl contender every year
  10. Weird I literally thought the same thing the other day that the game against the Packers was almost 3 years ago. Time does indeed fly. I believe the Bills play the Packers next year then?
  11. I hope he's not like Andy Dalton lol
  12. I agree with you on that. If the Bills miss the playoffs this year I hope they just lose out so they can get a high draft pick to get their guy. And then like you said, spend a lot of the remaining picks on that front 7
  13. Always an option, but of course they are older and will cost more money which isn't necessarily ideal. Generally you want to build in the draft and add 1 or 2 missing pieces in free agency. And the Bills have a lot of missing pieces in their front 7 which makes it very expensive to sign them
  14. I agree with most of what you said, except I think TT is done in Buffalo. I cant see them going back to him, unless Peterman gets injured
  15. I hope this guy is gone. I cant stand his vanilla/predictable play calling. I guess he has a chance to prove me wrong with a QB (Peterman) that fits his system better Very well said and I agree 100 percent with everything
  16. Why does that matter?.... My point was, 7 points came from a defensive TD, and the other 7 came from a garbage time TD. That is inarguable Like i said, 17 real points. And the game before that was what, 7?
  17. Thttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LS1MXPxMX28 Fast forward to about 2:52. You were saying there was no garbage time TD?
  18. 31 points- 7 from a defensive TD, 7 in garbage time. So basically 17 real points. Anyone who watched that game knew their offence was terrible. They scored 2 long tds on, one busted coverage by the Jets, and one a 85 yard play from Goodwin. (That was a nice play I will give them that) And no it didn't get them in the playoffs but that doesn't mean there wasn't an offensive improvement. Not getting in the playoffs mayyyyy had something to do with losing to the Dolphins twice and giving up 450 yards combined to Ajayi....
  19. I would say the switch to Lynn worked out last year. Do you remember how bad their offence was the first 2 games of last year?
  20. No one really knows. I guess we will find out soon enough
  21. Sounds about right He struggled against the blitz in pre season and he's a rookie so you can bet D coordinators will be throwing some blitzes his way. Whether it works or not, that remains to be seen
  22. In terms of drafting, McD did nothing. Beane I'm sure contributed to drafting, but I believe Ron Rivera and Gettleman had a much higher say. Wellit's pretty much a fact Gettleman had a higher say because he's the general manager. And just because I said he's an assistant, it doesn't mean he did nothing. Im saying the difference between being the assistant and "the guy" is a huge
  23. How do you know they have any input? A defensive coordinator is way down on the totem pole when it comes to drafting, why would they get input/the final say on who to draft? I would go out on a limb and say they have 0 input. At the scouting combines, who represents their teams? The head coach, scouts, and GM. Sure as hell not a coordinator Beane was an assistant G/M. Assistant being the key word. This is his first time being the actual general manager. 100 percent different
