How do you know they have any input? A defensive coordinator is way down on the totem pole when it comes to drafting, why would they get input/the final say on who to draft? I would go out on a limb and say they have 0 input. At the scouting combines, who represents their teams? The head coach, scouts, and GM. Sure as hell not a coordinator Beane was an assistant G/M. What was wrong with their offence last year? What were they, 13th or 14th or something? Last year the defence was the main problem. If you plug last years offence into a descent defence, (like we had at the beginning of the year).you easily have a playoff team Just look at the offensive numbers from last years to this years. I really don't know what else to say

That's exactly it. Here is an example. For my profession, I am a fitness professional who helps people with fat loss. Every single one of my clients is different, and if I did the same thing for one client as I did the other, it simply would not work. I have to have a different approach with every single person to get them towards their fat loss goals. In this example? Dennison refused to do what worked best for Tyrod, and he is just sticking with a "One size fits all" type of deal. That is terrible coaching. Maybe his offence works with a prototypical pocket passer, but that's not who Tyrod is. So until we find that person, he should have altered his stubborn approach
