  1. I understand that. My point was just because a team gives a player a big contract, doesn’t mean he is equal to that value Sammy going to come close to living up to his contract? 1200 yards, 10 TDS. Over or under? You’re not going to admit you’re wrong about Watkins if he posts another mediocre year? I will admit I’m wrong if he rips it. I just don’t want to hear excuses if he is average again. He either produces or he doesn’t. It will be his 3rd team in 5 years. No more excuses if he doesn’t light it up is all I’m saying. ( not saying you in particular for excuses, just the Sammy fans in general)
  2. Lol the classic Sammy excuse line. And cause all contracts are good right?. Osweiler got close to 20, he definitely deserved that.
  3. Clay was a lot more productive than Burton before hitting free agency lol
  4. Shoooot that babyyyyy!!!! Great news!!
  5. Uhhhggg. Never liked Bradford personally
  6. It was probably pretty accurate. For example.... If Watkins has under 1200 yards and 10 TDS, will you admit that you were wrong about him?
  7. He was the 4th most productive receiver on that Rams offence. He was not even close to the main reason why the rams offence was so powerful
  8. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think he sucks. He’s descent. But I don’t Consider him a good/great receiver and it’s pretty hard to argue that he is based on his production from 4 years
  9. We’ll agree to disagree on this one. If he lights it up with the Chiefs and gets 1200 plus yards with 10 TDS, (the bare minimum for what they are paying for) I will eat crow. But if he doesn’t, I don’t want to hear any excuses from anyone anymore lol
  10. When someone tells me that he played with bad QBS, I will just use Deandre Hopkins as an example. The guy played/plays with Savage and TJ Yates and still lights it up. Like I said, great receivers have great production and don't have seasons under 600 yards (or whatever it was) If you are that good, you are the focal point of the offence, not the decoy
  11. Ya it probably will be 5 years around 50 I think. Hoping 45
  12. I don't buy that theory 100 percent. I understand that it is for sure a bit of a factor, but at the end of the day, great receivers produce great numbers. 4 years in his career and teams are still paying tons for his potential, not his production
  13. I used to go to pro football talk to get my updates. But the updates are literally like 10 times faster on this site lol
  14. Thought he was going to get like 13 which I still think would be overpriced. 16 mil per year for the 4th most productive receiver on the Rams last year? Yikes
  15. Good signing for the Vikings. He should fit perfect with their playmakers and a very solid defence behind him
  16. Not buying this. No one really knows anything now except for OBD and they aren’t leaking anything
  17. I’m trying to work today but it’s just impossible! Might just have to book off work until the draft is done, surely the boss will understand... That’s it?
  18. I would put the odds near 100 percent that they trade up and get a QB
  19. That has nothing to do with Luck. Luck was the only reason they were a playoff team every year. (Look what happened when he was injured this year) Its because they cant draft worth crap. A franchise QB cant do it by himself. But priority number 1 is to find a franchise QB, and then surround him with pieces which will take years. This is not an overnight project
  20. What? Lol. You are saying the Colts shouldn't have picked Luck with the first pick off the board?
  21. It is very evident his top priority is getting a franchise QB. What exactly is irresponsible about that?
