  1. It takes two teams to make a trade though. In my opinion it makes no sense for the Browns to pass on Darnold or Rosen at 1 and drop all the way to 12. They need a QB, and they should draft the best one available
  2. Little past my time so can’t comment on that part. I do remember them really cracking down on those calls after the Colts Pats playoff game in 2003 where the pats corners were basically tackling Wayne and Harrison lol
  3. Fair enough, like I said I’m unbiased and was just listing them. Brady kind of skews those results though haha
  4. Let’s go with this... When would you guys say the NFL turned into a passing league? I would say 2004 when I believe it was the year they really clamped down on the illegal contact penalty and you couldn’t touch the receiver after 5 yards. So since 2004,QBs to win 2004 Brady, 6th round 2005 Ben, 1st 2006, P Manning, 1st 2007, Eli, 1st 2008, Ben, 1st 2009, Brees, 2nd I believe? 2010, Rodgers, 1st 2011, Eli, 1st 2012, Flacco, 1st 2013, Wilson, 3rd 2014, Brady, 6th 2015, Manning, 1st 2016, Brady, 6th 2017, Foles/Wentz combo. I went into this with an unbiased approach as I was just listing the QBs as I was thinking. Without the rare exception in Brady, most QBs who win super bowls are drafted in the 1st round. I say rare exception in Brady because I don’t think there will ever be a 6th round QB to win multiple Super Bowls again
  5. I usually never say this as I’ve never had faith in any Bills management in the past, but I got faith in Beane for whatever his plan is. He is a smart guy and I really believe he knows what he’s doing
  6. Hmm, interesting
  7. Pretty good in my opinion! I don't think the Browns would pass on Barkley though and I also think Roquan Smith will go higher. Besides that, I agree for the majority
  8. Yes sir we’ll have to on this one. And you’re definitely right about that a lot do fail, no argument there
  9. Oh no I wasn’t saying that if that was your argument . But in saying that, I would rather draft a rookie than have Foles. 1. I don’t think Foles will ever play like he did in the playoffs again. 2. The rookie will be a lot cheaper in terms of salary 3. Rookie will be a lot younger 4. I would prefer a rookies upside/chances to be a consistent NFL starter compared to Foles who was a backup for the past 2.5 seasons and probably will be again next year . (Assuming the rookie is drafted in the top 5)
  10. Foles has been in the league for 6 years and only has 39 career starts in those 6 seasons. ( 4 or 5 of them were because the starter was hurt as well) He had 1 good year which was 5 years ago, and even then he only played 13 games. If you like him, that’s fair enough and that’s your opinion. But he hasn’t proved that he is consistent successful starter in the NFL yet. That part is a fact.
  11. One good year, 5 years ago?... Hasn't started in 3 years
  12. I was literally thinking a very similar thought. I just hope the bills don't settle for the 4th best QB
  13. It was pretty deflating though. Nothing against Beane at all as I have loved his moves. But now the Bills are probably going to have to grossly overpay if they want to land Rosen
  14. I would say the jury is still out regarding if Foles can play in this league consistently. Hes had 2 good games in 3 years. (very good games)Those 2 games just happened to be the most crucial ones of course lol
  15. How do you know the giants aren’t taking him? Its a very real possibility especially with Eli being in his mid 30s
  16. I agree with that order
  17. Very possible. If the giants take Rosen at 2 he will for sure fall to 4
  18. Couldn’t 4 still be a target for Rosen? 1. Darnold 2. Barkley 3. Mayfield or Allen hopefully 4 Bills can potentially trade with the Browns and get Rosen
  19. Lol yep i think it was 5 or 6 against Dallas
  20. The reality is the Bills still have a lot of holes on this team. Not all of them are going to be filled for the upcoming season unfortunately.
  21. Yep. I would be curious to know the percentage of players who are actually on PEDs. I would imagine it’s very high
  22. I agree. Like he’s still a descent player. I just don’t think he has much value so it would probably just be better if the Bills kept him
  23. I don’t think so personally. Hes turning 30 or 31? He is regressing in terms of getting pressure on the QB. Has a descent size cap hit. And is a head case. If I was Tampa I wouldn’t do it
