  1. I haven't moved the posts at all- I said the Ravens would have 7-9 wins with a component backup QB and nothing has changed, sir. Im not gonna answer your question because it's exhausting having a back and forth with you and I don't want to spam this thread with this convo I've tried to move on from this convo 3 times but you're just so fixated on trying to prove yourself right and try to make the other person feel dumb by using words like "wild thinking, delusion" etc. Which is just not an enjoyable football conversation to me Have a good weekend bud
  2. No I didn't have to say that. I admitted I was incorrect on one, did I not? I have 0 problem admitting I am wrong, unlike yourself by the looks of it. (Still standing by Baltimore wouldn't win a 31-2 game without Lamar lol) No I haven't actually, not even close. I also didn't even mention the Pittsburgh games. The one in Pittsburgh where Lamar was horrible, and the one a few weeks ago where Russ handed that game to them on a platter . I tried to say agree to disagree. I tried to say you're correct on the raiders one. Respectfully, you seem like a very unreasonable guy to have a disagreement with as you're doing everything you can to "flex" and say "you're right and I'm wrong". Where you could have simply stopped the convo when I said let's agree to disagree , OR when I said you're correct about the raiders one lol. Multiple opportunities
  3. Ya I believe they would have, because he didn't play well at all that game. I remember seeing the 4th and he had multiple chances to win it and did nothing
  4. My bad I was thinking of a different game, as for some reason I thought Lamar threw a few INTs that Cleveland game. So you're correct on that one
  5. Did you watch those games? Lamar was absolutely awful against them and was the main reason they lost, especially against Cleveland. So ya I do. Just like Bills probably would have won the Houston game without Josh, with any sort of respectable QB play as he was horrible Believe it or not, sometimes elite QBs have bad games and they are the reason the team loses and they can't always put on the cape. Wild to think eh?
  6. Literally just hand the ball off to Derrick Henry, make simple play action throws and you win those games very comfortably. Denver and Houston could not move the ball and the scores were 41-10 and 31-2... lol. Lamar is amazing, but he doesn't make a 31 point difference in football games lol
  7. You also said no chance that Baltimore wins against Houston and Denver when they literally gave up 12 points combined lol. I said 7-9 wins. It's my opinion. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. Same for you, maybe you're right or wrong. We will never know I tried to say let's agree to disagree as we aren't going to change our minds, but for some reason you are just bringing it back full circle
  8. I mean, now we can go down a rabbit hole if you’re gonna bring that up lol. It was fields rookie year so it should go without saying he was the placeholder for him. Also Not sure how that has any relevance to the convo, as I think inarguably they are both respected backups in the league
  9. I believe if they had Dalton like Justin fields, they would win between 7-9 games. I listed the 8 games I thought they would win. if you disagree , all good and we can respectfully disagree.
  10. The point is , you're using Josh Johnson as an example to say ravens would have be brutal without Lamar. Ok fine, no disagreement there But the original argument was Lamar would have fewer wins compared to Josh if a backup QB came in. And im trying to equate that by saying hypothetically speaking, let's say the backup QB is equal for both teams and that backup is component. (Unlike Johnson) Cause if im the backup to Lamar compared to Andy Dalton being the backup to Josh, then it's not a fair argument and of course Lamar would be "more valuable" lol
  11. Exactly the point ^. Thank you
  12. Andy Dalton, Justin Fields, Brissett, Browning etc. Houston's only points against Baltimore came off a safety and Denver got 10 points against Baltimore lol.. It would literally be "no chance" they lose those games against those teams with a backup. Washington one you can debate, Houston and Denver you don't have much of an argument there
  13. Ya I don't think 9. But I think ravens would still win 8 with a component backup. ( Not Josh Johnson though who's a horrible backup lol) Raiders, Browns twice, Giants, Denver, Washington, Houston, Cowboys - Those are the games I think ravens would win with an average to above average backup
  14. I don't think the point he was trying to make had any reference to Josh Johnson. Its more as: "If the backup QB was of equal calibre for both teams , ravens would win 9 and Bills would win 6". Which I would agree with personally , give or take a game Cause of course if Josh's backup is let's say, Andy dalton and Lamar's backup is Nate peterman, then obviously bills would win more games with Dalton
  15. I may be in the minority, but I want nothing to do with Miami either. (That is if Tua plays) It is hard to beat a team 3 times in the same season, and last time the dolphins played the Bills, they really should have won as they outplayed them in pretty much every stat.
  16. Ya that's fair, My point was separate from predicting James cooks future. Just observing what I have noticed from the bills utilizing Ty Johnson more over cook compared to last year in the passing game
  17. I agree. The best example I can give you to illustrate your point: Eagles game last year: Cook on the 1st or 2nd drive is sent on a wheel route and drops an easy touchdown Lions game this year? They had Ty Johnson in running a very similar route on that 1st drive, and completed a 40 yard pass. Their messaging is pretty clear that they prefer having Ty Johnson in on passing downs. (Pass pro and running routes)
  18. Fair enough, that's definitely debatable. For myself , I wouldn't want the Bills to pay him 10-12 mil. But Cook is definitely a valuable part to their offence so there's that side of it
  19. But they already have their QBs and were established teams. Giants were 6-11 with Barkley a year ago , a star RB isn't gonna move the needle on a crap team
  20. Contract negotiations must not be going so well with Josh..
  21. Haha. Giants still made the right decision not paying Saquon IMO, even though he is a great player If he is on the team, what do they have 5 or 6 wins instead of 3? They have no QB and their O line is a mess- They need to get those positions right first before they pay 15 million to a RB
  22. Whoops sorry, you're correct. My mistake and I'll edit that
  23. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/43210458/nfl-toughest-places-play-arrowhead-chiefs-bills-highmark Interesting- Player vote for the toughest places to play^ Bills ranked 5th toughest overall
  24. If bills can get him at 8, I would be ok with that. I think he's gonna be around 12 though. Could be wrong.
  25. Ya, but You Can't unfortunately pay everyone . Unless you want to be in cap hell
