  1. I wonder if Stroud cried when Ryan brought the punt team out
  2. Ya that's very true- they really pushed their chips in the last few years, so you are right in saying it has been a failure. Their cap situation is a mess as well. Will be interesting to see if they restructure more contracts this year to create more cap space and really go for it in 2025, or try to do a mini reset and trade hill, cut armstead, Chubb etc
  3. For sure, I definitely don't disagree with you on that. I just don't think they are as much as a dumpster fire as a lot of people let on. I think if healthy, (as they have been decimated the last 3 years) their floor is 7 seed and their ceiling is 5 seed, and maybe win a wild card game against a weak afc south. They overall are a pretty good team, they just have too many flaws to make a deep post season run
  4. Yep agreed - "ironic" how he got voted most overrated before the year and then he goes out and has his best season to date. He definitely plays his best when he feels slighted
  5. Fair- I'm not saying it's a given. But if I'm at gun point and someone asks me how many games they win out of those 4 listed, i would definitely say 3. Even if they do win 2 of those 4- Would have gotten them to 10 wins and another playoff berth . (And keep in mind their top 2 pass rushers were basically out the whole year)
  6. Colts game they lost 16-10- Got to think dolphins easily would have won with Tua Titans are the worst team in football Jets won last week because Huntley had like 3 straight turnovers Seahawks game would have been 50/50. You don't think they win at least 3 of those games?
  7. I can't see Pitts winning. -Russ would have to play really well -Steelers would have to stop Henry -TJ watt would have to dominate on passing downs. I think it takes all 3 of those things for Pitts to have a shot- Will say 27-17 Baltimore
  8. All true- but remember they the games Tua missed in which they lost, was the soft spot of their schedule. (Titans, colts, Seahawks, jets) Got to think they win 3 of those at least if he's healthy, which would have gotten them to 11 wins I think with Tua healthy, they are a 11 win team pretty consistently. (8-5 in 2022 for games he started, 11-6 in 2023, and very good chance at least 11 wins if he played those games against inferior opponents) However, they still are a flawed team and it will always be a struggle for them to win playoff games based on how they are built
  9. Nope, you're correct. Unless they wanna eat like 90 plus mil of dead cap per year or something crazy like that, they are basically stuck with him until the end of 2026
  10. Easy answer for me- Kansas city. They are the back to back champs, and you got to play them in arrowhead
  11. He was bad to start, but ya I agree that he got really good by the time the season ended
  12. I hope not myself, I got PtSD from London lol. Have the bills ever won there? I know the 2 heart breaking Jags losses, not sure if I'm missing another game or two
  13. The media doesn't know what they are talking about. I do think the broncos offence will give the bills defence issues, as they run a lot of screens/play action/misdirection in which the bills do struggle with. (I still Strongly believe bills win) However, I can guarantee the media saying Denver could upset the Bills wasn't basing it off any logical point haha
  14. No one too crazy. Riley moss their starting corner for some games, but that's about it. If you recall the browns game when Jeudy went off- Moss was out that game and Levi Wallace was replacing him. Got absolutely torched
  15. All good points, but their biggest problem was Tua's health. (And not having their top 2 pass rushers for basically all season) If he was healthy, extremely good chance they beat the colts, titans and jets which would have had them at 11-6
  16. Per the bold- When you say Miami wasn't gonna make the playoffs this year cause their roster was poorly constructed, was that also factoring in you assuming Tua can't stay healthy and they didn't have a good backup? (If so, fair enough) Cause I think they easily would have gotten 3 more wins against the Titans, Colts and Jets if he was healthy, which would have gotten them to 11 wins. (Not to mention all the other key starters they had out) I do think miami when healthy, is still a solid 11-6 team. BUT. To your point they are flawed, and their finesse style of play usually doesn't translate well to playoff success
  17. This thread should go over well
  18. Yep exactly. Defence doesn't even have To be great. Just average to slightly above average
  19. Yep. If the bills defence fails them again this playoffs, McDermott needs to put his pride aside and tear down his defensive philosophy, and bring someone from the outside in to revamp that defence. Can't just keep running it back time after time after time
  20. If it was one random time , I would agree with you . But he's slowed down Josh once, and Mahomes twice in the playoffs. It's hard to say that's a fluke. Spagnulo has also had some seasons where he struggled during the regular season, but turns it on in the playoffs
  21. I would love that personally- If the defence craps out again in the playoffs, McDermott is gonna really have to think about changing the philosophy of his defence
  22. I think we got a hint yesterday that it's going to be Hamlin. He started with Rapp yesterday, and my guess is McDermott wants a bit of continuity going into the post season with those two. (As Hamlin missed the last 3 games)
  23. What a dud of a game by Darnold. Did he call Tua and ask him for advice on how to play during big games?
  24. High mix of Caffeine, TRT and nicotine
