  1. Bingo. RB is also the easiest position to fill. If the O line is good, the Rb is gonna be good. If the o line sucks, the RB isn't gonna have much success. Ray Davis in my opinion is average at best. And In the 1 game cook missed, he got 150 scrimmage yards
  2. I would say Reid Ferguson is
  3. This is where I'm at. I think Metcalf is good, but isn't a great player. I had a feeling he was gonna get 30, but still feel like it's too much for him
  4. Would you say Metcalf is a great player though? If you look at his stats in his career, he averages just over 1000 yards a season. I think Metcalf is a good to very good player. But pound for pound I think benford is better than him- As I think benford is a borderline top 5 corner, and Metcalf is definitely well out of the top 5 and probably isn't even top 10. If you want to argue Metcalf plays more than a premium position, that's definitely fair
  5. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/josh-allen-gets-four-year-flow-of-220-million-a-record Florio is saying it's 220 million cash flow for the first 4 years. Unless im An idiot and read that wrong. (Which is very possible)
  6. Why not just keep cooper kupp if you're the rams? Edit: Ok I didn't know kupp was making almost 30 mil per
  7. Cook is better no doubt. But you can't pay everyone. And running back is a pretty easy position to fill
  8. Ray Davis in his only start scrimmaged 150 total yards. Can Davis and a mid round pick replace Cook? Probably not fully. But if it's 80-85 percent production plus another 15 mil in cap space for the roster , then I'm choosing that for sure
  9. Hard to say. Happening more in pro sports these days though. In hockey, Bruins traded Carlo to Toronto and Marchand to Florida. (Two division rivals) Also Christian Kirk got traded from jags to Houston Bills are definitely an afc rival to your point, but it's not like the bengals would be trading him to Baltimore or Pittsburgh
  10. I just don't see how Garrets "use of the media" , is even remotely close to what cook did. I guess I'm just not sure why it's even being brought up But all good , we can agree to disagree and move on
  11. I heard what he said- He said that after the reports were leaked about the trade rumours. It didn't happen at all with Garrett lol. He wrote the letter after the rumours were leaked. And he never used social media, putting out passive aggressive comments. I have no idea why you're comparing cooks actions to this, as there's not one parallel to it
  12. Huh? Garrett didn't want any of the trade stuff to go public. Cook deliberately went public complaining on social media. I never once said Cook was in the wrong for asking more money. The way he handled it (going on social media), is the immature part I'm saying. Garrett didn't use the media- He didn't want the trade stuff to leak lol. And he was pissed when it did. So he had to address it
  13. I think this was the right move. Not that Von had a bad year in 2024 and I get the case to bring him back on a lower cap #- But just try something different at DE at this point IMO
  14. Garrett didn't do anything "nuclear" in public to request a trade lol. In fact he was pissed it even leaked out- As he wanted to handle it within the building. There's nothing wrong with Cook wanting more money. But posting it on social media and then making passive aggressive comments on social media when Saquon got paid, just screams out immaturity and diva behaviour
  15. I think where we disagree is how/where they are handling their business. Cook , now multiple times has posted direct, and passive aggressive comments , (or emojis) that he wants more money on social media. If Garrett put on social media that he wants out or gave passive aggressive comments, (like Diggs for example) then I would agree with you. But he didn't . He asked for a trade behind closed curtains and wrote a very classy letter after the fact . I can't say I see any similarities at all between how cook and Garrett handled their business, respectfully. I also think Garrett has earned the right to ask for a trade as he's a 8 year vet. Cook is still in his rookie contract
  16. Ok fair. So you're agreeing that he's being a diva then? It's an immature way of dealing with it. That's all I'm saying . Would you not agree with that?
  17. The point is the vast majority of players don't go to social media asking for more money. As you stated that "it's the way it is in pro sports"- Implying that it's a common thing. It's really not common and I would say 99 percent (or more), don't go to social media asking for more money
  18. Did Bernard , Shakir and Rousseau go to social media asking for money? Or did they handle it like professionals?
  19. No- But I don't think the boss would be particularly pleased if their workers complained on social media that they want more money. I get it's not the end of the world and maybe I'm old school. (Even though I'm only 34 years old). But I think going to social media with contract stuff is just immature and isn't the right way to approach it
  20. Ya it sounds like it's basically a 2 year 25 million dollar deal . And then play it by ear after that
  21. Ya I agree with you. Spotrac had him like 23-25 range so I think a lot of people are basing this deal relative to that. Overall he's a good player. But for 20 mil, I want a guy who can take over in the 4th quarter in some games. (Especially big games) Rousseau hasn't done that so far in his career
  22. I think I might remember the Denver one. The ravens one- I can't even recall lol. Overall- Good player. Just wish he had more big moments . (Even Jordan Phillips has had more big moments then him IMO)
  23. Rousseau overall is a good player- But a big concern from him is- where is he during the big playoff games? In 4 years, I honestly cant remember him making a big play or sack in a playoff game. It says he has 3 sacks in 9 career playoff games. And 2 of them came these last playoffs. But I can't even recall those
  24. I'm not exactly sure what the contract structure is now besides the guaranteed money, so I will take your word for that. But Void years still count against the credit card in the long term- As you got the pay the bill eventually
  25. This year it creates 10 mil space. But his contract will kick in for 2026 and that's where it will get a bit expensive
