  1. I would have "liked your comment" but since you put a disagree on mine I think I'll refrain 😂 But ya I agree with you, it was a good game for sure
  2. I'm happy the bengals lost. Burrow was getting way too full of himself.
  3. I respectfully disagree. I don't see any traits in him that scare me. I guess we will see
  4. He's so "meh". Their defence was by far the main reason they went on a run. He played "ok" against a lot of bad teams. The one good team he faced during their run, (the Titans) he was horrendous and they got blown out
  5. Not regularly. But it's impossible to say if he hasn't taking over on some drives during the game.
  6. Again though, Mcd is a leader. When things go bad, he is going to take ownership. When things go good, he is going to give praise so his buddy can get the credit and potentially get a head coaching job. There certainly looked like times this year where Mcd was involved in the defence as he had the play call sheet in is hands. We never will really know, just like we never will really know what happened on the KC kickoff as his response was "we didn't execute".
  7. I think I know what game you're referring too, the 2018 home opener against the chargers as McDermott openly admitted it. But How do you know that MCD hasn't pulled the playbook from him more out of curiosity? I think with all the head coaching rumours swirling around Frazier the last couple years, I don't think MCD would openly say he pulled it from him again, as he is rooting for his friend to get a head coaching job. (Which would be a bad look on Frazier, if MCD said he pulled the playbook) Not saying you're wrong, I think it's just hard to tell. (unless you actually have proof, Which you may)
  8. This is kind of where I'm at. Or the defence , go make a stop in OT.... Bengals had no problem overcoming that
  9. I'm not sure of the other teams 7 round picks but I think it's fair to say bills draft class was a bit underwhelming. (It's still super early of course) Groot- Started off good then hit the rookie wall a bit Basham- Inactive half the time. Made some plays when he was in. Brown- Probably the most exciting. Lots of highs but definitely some lows Doyle- Found a bit of a role at the end of the year but ultimately didn't do a lot. Stevenson- Injured and then inactive for a lot of the time. Wildgoose- Plucked off the practice squad. Anderson- Plucked off the practice squad. So ultimately their rookies didn't contribute a lot. Brown probably had the most important role. I am optimistic about Groot and Brown for the future. For the others I'm not so sure
  10. Haha yep exactly. I was being sarcastic with my post. Definitely agree with you👍
  11. Someone needs to teach him how to defend the run, how to get a sack, force a fumble, recover a fumble, make an interception, make more tackles for losses, shed a block, not over pursuit run plays, and not get manipulated by the QBs eyes in a lot of passing downs.
  12. Not worth it IMO. He would be nice to have, but they just have more important needs to fill.
  13. Yep I think it was from 2018 as I saw derek Anderson. Looks like December 2018
  14. Ya 3 INTs by Tanny. He killed them. If he even plays average, they win comfortably.
  15. Yes. Stress free Super Bowl. I will take that all day. (Outside of the bills making it of course) The biggest mismatch IMO is going to be Rams d line vs Bengals o line. The skill players won't mean much if burrow has no time to throw. We will see though!
  16. I've had enough of him for over 2 years now
  17. It's going to be hard to stomach watching the chiefs game for a few reasons but I will as I'm a glutton for punishment 1. Knowing the bills should have been playing. 2. cause I think the chiefs are going to stomp the bengals
  18. The 3 timeouts is irrelevant. KC basically had time for 2 plays, at most 3 and the 3rd should have been a hail mary if anything. There is no excuse to let KC go 44 yards in 10 seconds with basically 0 resistance. If Mahomes made a miracle play, I could live with it. But the bills defence just handed them the yards with 0 resistance
  19. It amazes me that there are still people who defend Edmunds even with those embarassing stats..
  20. I posted his stats yesterday on another thread. If you missed it, his stats for the year were: 0 sacks, 0 forced fumbles, 0 fumble recoveries, 1 INT, 7 TFL. He is just not an impact player and there is no way I am paying him large money. I hope 2022 is his last year as a Bill unless he improves dramatically which I don;t think will happen
  21. He rushed the passer at least a few times every game minus the Mahomes games. When he did rush, he would get stood up by running backs. The guy straight up just doesn't make impact plays all across the board and his stats reflect that.
  22. Yep. Our "pro bowl " linebacker in Edmunds all season had 0 sacks, 0 forced fumbles, 0 fumble recoveries and only 1 interception. How is it even possible for a guy to have those stats when he plays that many snaps right in the centre of the play essentially?
  23. Here are Edmunds stats at the end of the year: 0 sacks. 0 forced fumbles. 0 fumble recoveries. 1 interception. 7 tackles for loss. He is soft against the run. Looks lost half the time against the pass. No one can ever convince me this guy is a good player.
