I actually thought he looked a bit lost out there last game. He definitely plays fast and I love his potential. But it seemed to me like he was out of position on a lot of those dump offs to the backs. Hard to say without seeing the all 22 though

But hey, it’s a stop right as that’s all that matters !🙄 I can go on and on. You are failing to apply any Common sense and context to what you’re trying to argue about “stops”

A “stop” isn’t objective. There has to be lots of context to it. Fine you want to argue the giants one was a stop? I will disagree but ok. The clock and no timeouts had more of a factor than the bills defence making plays in my opinion. the bucs one was not a “stop”… 80 yards to go with 20 seconds on the clock with 0 timeouts. What defence would actually piss that away? It was even amazing Tampa got off a Hail Mary and should have had 1st and goal from the 1 from a missed PI call. Giants one? That don’t count as stops to me. Those teams ran out of time. Giants had 65 yards to go with 0 timeouts with about 1:30. And tampa had 80 yards to go with 0 timeouts in 20 seconds lol. Those aren’t “stops “ to me

They stopped the giants 3rd stringers with a blatant missed PI call by 1 yard. And they “stopped” the bucs from going 80 yards in 20 seconds with 0 timeouts. (Not to mention they let up a TD the previous drive) Thats what we are basing it on?

Overall I still think Beane is a descent GM, but ya IMO I think he’s a bit overrated overall. I think his biggest whiffs are on the defensive line. How many wasted picks/resources. And going in with Gabe as WR2. O line was a problem in previous years. Its probably average now

Sorry if I misunderstood. But no I don’t think them being on the field all game is an excuse. Part of the reason they are on the field all game is because they don’t force many 3 and outs. (Of course mixed with bad offence as well)

Mahomes against Denver was 100 percent on him but people will use the flu excuse cause it’s the “great Patrick”. He also had 3 turnovers against the jets but got bailed out by the worst PI call. He also had multiple turnovers against JAX and Denver on their other wins, but their defence held the offences to under 10 points those games literally the only difference between the two this year is that his defences have bailed him out where Joshs defences have not.

I mean, is what he is? He leads the league in total TDS for even how inconsistent he has played. Josh isn’t playing great football now, no doubt. But Mahomes is actually on a colder streak than him, but no one talks about that cause he has defence and coaching bail him out with wins

Move on from Josh, Are we serious right now? And get who as our QB? Take a big Gamble on a mid round draft pick or get another re tread QB who sucks?
