  1. Williams is a good red zone target, no doubt. But Hogan has proven his worth too. We've seen little guys like Edelman and Welker do a lot of damage in the redzone too. TY Hilton the burner got a crucial redzone TD today. I think having another big, reliable target would be nice, but are we really choosing between the two?
  2. We've been discussing this in several threads, but yeah. It was pathetic.
  3. He was used as both a fullback and as a TE. They didn't work him into the passing game, which was a little odd.
  4. So Hackett called an interception in the endzone?
  5. Graham said this after the game: "Yeah, it was killer. The penalty on me was a killer, too. I mean, the guy cut me. The guy cut me while I was trying to block him and they don't call that, though. But they call me for retaliating. It sucks. It is what it is. I'm done." Guess there was unseen retaliation before the whistle blew. Still don't see that called too often. Usually it's assessed after the play for unsportsmanlike conduct, isn't it?
  6. Hughes was on the field in the early third, at least for one play as this video proves: Still didn't see much of him in the third. Don't know if that's on me or if his snaps were really limited.
  7. I have watched the replay and I can't decide if Lawson overpursued inside or if his blocker just did a really good job. Didn't look like holding, but it did look like he may have been forced inside. Thanks, I do see him there.
  8. He's lost contain a few times for major gains on the ground recently. But AW whiffing on that is much worse.
  9. Just went through, should have quoted but just copied the text real quick: Posted Today, 03:37 PM Hughes finally back in! A few other posts followed. So that's the 4th right? Edit: Should clarify that I am west coast.
  10. Hmmm... I didn't see him until the 4th. My bad.
  11. So you keep him off a series or two. Not into the next half.
  12. I think 1 is THE reason we lost. Orton had chances to get us points early and threw them away or slid them away. Quietly, the other big reason in my mind was field position. We usually do so well in this area and it was way lopsided today. A couple bad punts / punts deep in our own territory, an INT in our territory, etc. This kind of goes with your #7.
  13. And you're not wrong. Really wish I knew what Hughes did.
  14. They seemed to be moving with no sense of urgency all quarter. That was a great situational call, absolutely. Would have liked to see more hurry up in the 4th.
  15. Hey if the rest of the division comes to play the next two weeks, maybe we can be playing NE for the division in three. Although that would require Miami to lose either to the Jets or the Vikings too. Dreamer's scenario!
  16. I don't know... that sort of bow is tradtionally done after some sort of performance. I think the anger has something to do with the calls coming in as he was bowing. It gave off the impression that he was bowing like he made that happen. He also had this "I'm a badass" look on his face. You're probably right, but you see how it rubs some people the wrong way, don't you?
  17. GameDay highlight reel showed the Sanders bow and praised him for his toughness.
  18. The refs call the wrong number enough that this is believable. And that several Bills reporters made note of this on their own makes it more believable.
  19. I just wish Gilmore made a play on the ball or simply made the tackle. It was third down and Sanders wasn't passed the marker.
  20. The Robey call was supposed to be called on AW. Several reporters tweeted that AW had his hands all over Demariyus and the Broncos were all pointing at him. Not defending the rest of the calls, and granted I did not see the footage of AW, but that's what I read.
  21. Apparently the Robey call was supposed to be on AW. Rodak and Joe B. both tweeted that AW had his hands all over Demariyus on that play and the Broncos players were all pointing at him.
  22. Posted in the other thread: I saw Freddy picking up yards when it seemed like there weren't any to be found. Some poor screens were thrown and some well-defended runs were there too, but Freddy had a fine game. And his blitz pick ups were most needed.
  23. I have never heard of a personal foul during a return, ever.
