Deion and Marshall did a bit on NFL network predicting the records for AFC wild card contenders. They only did the Jets, Chiefs and Steelers, go figure, but Deion predicted the Steelers would lose their next two and Marshall thinks the Jets will lose to us week 17. That would be the ideal scenario, as it would mean we could theoretically lose one more game and still get in. I really want to see Pittsburgh lose this week. That will help us a great deal.

He does seem to fall, but I've noticed Sammy fall on a lot of the deep balls too. Probably a different type of fall, but perhaps it's TT's ball placement sometimes.

Urbik is better than Miller, who needs more coaching and experience. But yes, hats off to Kroner!

I get that the Pitt offense is phenomenal. But the Bengals and Broncos have the D to counter. They can both win and Pitt falls out of the discussion.

But what if they lost twice? More likely they lose twice than Oakland beats Denver or GB.

Everyone hates blocking TEs because they only get noticed when they hold. Mulligan isn't even called for one every game and must have helped us neutralize Watt, because he certainly wasn't a major factor throughout the game.

I don't think there is a better kicker available right now. Several starters are hurt and several are missing their fair share of XPs and FGs. Carp just needs to get his mojo back.

I think Mulligan has quietly been a good blocking TE for us. Holds happen every game and I frankly haven't heard his number called in weeks now. Meanwhile, did you see Gragg try to block Clowney? I would say this has been our most pressure since New England, though. We hit Brady on half of his dropbacks. If only we had some offense that game... I think this Houston team is better than any of out upcoming opponents, but I don't think it's going to be easy to take all four games in front of us.

Not worried about Oakland being a threat for the wild card this year. They still have the Pack, Broncos and @KC on the schedule. They won't win out, so I would rather have KC lose this week.

We had a couple dropped INTs this week and last week too. Happens every game. Tyrod also had his receivers drops some balls. He looked much more mobile today than in weeks past. Nice, accurate throws most of the time. Was a pleasure to watch a QB without fearing an INT constantly.

If we win out, we will be ahead of the Jets. But we need to win out to keep pace with KC and/or Pitt as well.

Well, week 17 is going to be important for us.
