  1. Wow. Looks like Hamlin could have blown that up and for some reason went at the blocker.
  2. Damn woulda been nice to recover that.
  3. Boogie gotta make sure he doesn’t lose contain. Got lucky with the hold but Mac shouldn’t have been able to get the edge.
  4. Confusing because I was reading a lot about how good Elam played recently. Maybe it isn’t really a healthy scratch and we are all just speculating at this point.
  5. Yes but I said I was choosing! If Elam is healthy but Tre plays a lot and we’ll, I’ll be happy.
  6. Choosing to take the Elam scratch as a sign that Tre is ready to play a lot of ball.
  7. Good for him. Watching his career unfold makes me wish I tried to make it. My arm is about as good as his.
  8. Yeah I remember week 2 of last year he had a monster game but after that 🤷‍♂️
  9. “budding superstar” Dane Jackson was curious.
  10. I fully expect by the stretch run Motor will retain 80+% of the snaps. Cook gave us some juice last week, but he still needs some coaching.
  11. Hey whatever leverage we can keep over contract negotiations is OK with me!
  12. Hope Tre feels a little better now. We need to get “budding superstar” Dane Jackson off the field. Always in position but can’t make a play on the ball to save his life. Depth being tested but our playmakers are making plays when they need to. Oliver was huge today. Milano missed a couple but also made a couple. Obviously Allen -> Diggs. I think they tried to use Cook too much today. He didn’t have it and Motor did. Felt like we wasted a couple series trying to work Cook in. Feed Motor. He is good! Cook is still putting it together. McKenzie also came through today in spots.
  13. It’s not every week your team gets snowed in and can’t practice and also has to get flown out to Detroit to play what was supposed to be a home game. They looked a little sloppy, sure, but cut them aokw slack for the extenuating circumstances. Also dunno if you saw the graphic early in the game that showed the Browns with a large positive score differential in the first quarter and then it all goes down from there. Maybe McDermott knew it might start rough but he knows they will figure it out. His players may not always make the plays, but I know he puts them in a position to make them.
  14. The thing that kills me, when thinking about the one long ball down the left sideline to Cooper, is when you're chasing the guy but you're right by his side, you can see him looking the ball in. Just get your hand up!
  15. My thoughts: Seems like Allen is struggling with certain throwing angles right now. Side arm especially. He made better decisions today and I just hope the injury remains manageable. Milano for 1st team All-Pro Edmunds for 2nd team. His absence was notable both last week and this week. Hamlin can play ball. I believe he will be one of our starting safeties next year. PI call was weak. corner depth being tested. We got lucky on some dropped TDs and obviously we are struggling to make plays on contested catches. Gabe Davis is a roller coaster ride. Lean on Knox more from now on. Good to see him involved today. Run game looked good albeit against a bad run D. I firmly believe Motor can ball and Cook is over his early season yips. Make teams respect the ground game. Hines is a revelation in the return game. Bass-o-matic baby.
  16. We are talking about a 6th round rookie that wasn’t expected to play much this season being thrust into a starting role due to circumstances beyond his or the team’s control. Don’t know what you expect here. That said, the CBs definitely need to work on making plays on the ball. We can only hope that Tre and Elam get out there soon.
  17. Holy crap. Brissett is playing good ball and we got very lucky they didn’t get another 7
  18. So many negative plays this drive and yet…
  19. The interim head coach guided the team through all that Gruden turmoil and into the playoffs. That despite what was a very mediocre roster. Instead of giving Bisaccia the chance to take the helm for a full season, they decided to give big money to a proven HC failure. Not to mention every HC I can remember hired directly from the Belichick tree has failed in spectacular fashion. Bad decisions on top of bad decisions by Davis.
